The girls were incredibly quick- but wiped a dirty rag on my white couch which left stains. The only true reason I knew it was a “new stain” because the stain specifically smells of their cleaner. It looks like a shadow- but it’s literally rubbed hard and brown now. Reached out asking if it was oil based because it has it feels oily, was told they would ask the girls what happened, followed up, and then no response.

These ladies did the most amazing job! I had no idea what to expect and they totally exceeded our expectations! The house smelled amazing the second we walked in and it truly felt amazing to come into such a spotless home! If you’re in need of a cleaning company I would totally recommend them! The prices are very affordable! Can’t wait for them to come back and clean again!
The initial customer service was wonderful and they were very accommodating on short notice to a very tight schedule. The cleaning was not up to the standard I was promised (and paid for) and I was disappointed. I shared the disappointment and the only thing I was offered was an apology, and they committed to sending a “different team” the next time. A more appropriate response would have been a partial refund, or scheduling a subsequent clean to remedy my concerns. I booked because there so were so many great reviews but unfortunately that was not my experience.
Very nice customer service but ultimately used them twice hoping for a deep clean and didn’t receive a deep clean either time.
The cleaners were very nice. But for a first time deep clean, they only spent one hour$180. and they were not very detailed.
We couldn’t be happier with the service we received! The team was professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. Walking into our home afterward felt amazing—everything was spotless, fresh, and beautifully organized. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning services. We’ll be using them regularly from now on :)
I book a cleaning through Thumbtack they came and clean my house and did a rush job. I will not be booking with them again and charge me $250. This cleaning was not worth any of that please do not book I will attach photos below. these photos are after the cleaning.
I’m satisfied for most part of the cleaning service. Come right on time and cleaned about 2.5 hours. They followed my instructions and my bathrooms are sparkling. A little rush at the very end that I remind them to clean the tables and glass. Overall, great value and would hire again
Completely unsatisfactory job. Had to come back twice and my home still did not get cleaned. Was told the team would clean floors and bathrooms but they looked untouched after they had “finished”. DO NOT HIRE! I had sent money for transaction prior to seeing home myself (yes I know this was a mistake), and the work was definitely not worth the +$200 price. I am incredibly displeased with this work and will now have to redo the effort myself, which will be at a higher standard than a “cleaning” company. I have attached images of wiping the floor and the “cleaned” drain in the bathroom.
The ladies were very nice and willing to redo any missed areas in the house. I was very specific with them and they took care of everything. Great teamwork. They cleaned my 5 bedroom 3.5bath in 3.5hours. 𝙈y house stays pretty clean that’s why it didn’t take long. I look forward to them returning.
