I would never hire this pro again. Very unprofessional and lackadaisical in her approach to work. The job was supposed to be finished prior to a job she had scheduled for April 5th. The job did not get finished up the end of April. The young lady even went on vacation for one week in the middle of the job. On April 15th, I told her I would settle the remaining balance for the partial flooring she had laid in which my apartment complex provided the materials and the maintenance supervisor did half the job as well as show her and her SECOND helper how to lay floors, as her person who laid floors never showed up for work and therefore she was arriving late and leaving early. After the initial firing, I gave her one more chance after she came back from vacation. The work was half done. She threatened to sue me in court because I was only going to give her half of what she requested for the floors, although I NEVER received an invoice and she was very unskilled. Needless to say, my daughter and I(First time painters and doing DIY projects), finished the work and i love what we accomplished. This was my first experience with Thumbtack and this will be my last. I would not recommend Anna or any of her affiliates to ANYONE I Know. I even learned how to do drywall on YouTube.

I reached out to Anna about painting my bathroom on Wednesday and now on Friday evening the job is finished! She was on time and quick to fix an issue we had with paint color and, most importantly, my bathroom looks amazing!!!
