A technician came to my home @9 PM! And was back the next morning with the part @9AM! I was back to washing clothes an hour later! It was such a blessing as we were headed out the next day for a trip! It was such a relief to have the machine fixed so we could prepare for our trip without any further delay!

I’m a landlord, and after my previous experience with repair companies, I’m very careful about who I let work on my property. I asked this company about a business license and liability insurance, and they told me they don’t have them. That’s a major red flag for me. I also noticed some previous customers mentioned being ghosted when they had problems after the repair. They may offer cheap prices, but I’m not willing to risk my property just to save a few dollars. I would personally avoid this company and recommend doing your homework before hiring them.
He did not fix the leaky dishwasher yet he charged me $175 and refused to answer my calls or return to fix the issue. Didn’t even run it after being there for only 15 minutes. This is theft of Services
