I was told 3-4 pm today! It is 5 pm and I have not received a call stating when they will be arriving?! I guess ASAP means “ take your time”! Ridiculous
Carlos was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and did the work well and promptly. 5 stars
This company agreed to come to my house Friday between 12:00-1:00. When I finally got them on the phone after 1:30, it was clear they forgot. the man on the phone said he'd arrive now between 2:00-3:00. And then HE LITERALLY NEVER CAME AT ALL ON FRIDAY AND IGNORED THE REST OF MY PHONE CALLS. Professionally, I lost about $450 that day.
Antz Plumbing responded and fixed our issue quickly. They kept great communication throughout the process and provided straight forward solutions.
Ant'z is extremely professional and fair. Carlos is amazing. Very straightforward about options and implications -- felt like he was trying to help me solve a challenge vs. just sell me something.
fast and efficient!
The Ant’z crew show up right on time and did a great job swapping out a really difficult kitchen faucet. It took a lot of different attempts but they got the new one installed and it’s working great. The tech also looked at another issue in was having with another faucet and helped me troubleshoot. These guys will be my go to team for these types of jobs going forward.
really great job in being professional and efficient. great job!
We had some initial challenges but they stuck with it until the work was completed successfully. Appreciated their accessibiliity and follow through
Eric, Anthony, , the Manager and the Whole Team did amazing with addressing an entire property’s plumbing issues. They were thorough and professional over the course of the project. I’d recommend them to those willing to spend for quality service.
The 2 technician send by Antz Plumbing, although still very young, really knows their craft. I have a broken pipe under the crawl space, and after inspection, right away, they know how to solve it. Like their enthusiasm and energy doing their job. Highly recommended.
Anthony fixed our shower backup. He was very polite and professional. He explained what had to be done and was able to fix our problem without too much inconvenience to my husband and I. We will definitely use them as our go to plumbers in the future. Extremely satisfied with their service.
it was good experience!!!
Joseph was very polite and conscientious in performing the work neatly and effectively. I’m very pleased with his service and kindness.
After hiring 2 plumbers who failed to clean my mainline, I was lucky to meet Carlos, who did it in 30mn... A real pro with a state of the art equipment in his truck and very competitive price. don't look further, Carlos is your man. Hire him. You will thank me later!
Ant’z Plumbing was able to come in the next to help replace a very old sink/faucet from the 50s. It wasn’t an easy task, because all the fixtures were old and corroded and they had to change a double bowl sink to a single bowl. Here’s a before and after
We hired Antz Plumbing to replace the main sewer line for our home, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Replacing a main sewer line is a stressful, major project, but their team made the entire process smooth and transparent. They arrived on time, clearly explained the scope of the work, and gave an accurate estimate with no surprise fees. The crew worked efficiently, respected our property, and left the work area clean and tidy once the job was done. Communication was excellent throughout. If you need major plumbing work done right, I highly recommend Antz Plumbing!
Carlos and Eric did a great job clearing my main drain line. Afterward they scoped it with a camera to show the tree roots were largely gone. They took the time to explain everything. Their response time was great and I’m happy to have my drain back!
I wasn’t going to write a review but Antz Plumbing really inconvenienced me and my family as well. They promised to come remove and install my new toilet on 8/11 between 2-4pm and even confirmed day of. The time window passed I reached out to them twice, they read my messages, never replied, never followed up to reschedule. My fiance planned his day around this and paid a babysitter extra hours so that she could watch our baby while he was handling this, all for nothing. Extremely unprofessional, flaky, unresponsive. Do not recommend. Luckily I was able to get my toilet removed and new one installed with Journeyman Plumbing also from thumbtack who came through last minute for us since Antz Plumbing flaked and we had no working toilet in our home.
