Reviews
Austin came on same day of the call. He was quick and knowledgeable. He was able to fix and get the garage working in minutes. As some other reviews say, this company is definitely more expensive than others in market. He started with quote of more than double compared to other reputed company for the same job. I had go hassle on price and still had to pay 50% more than other estimate. My car was stuck in garage and I wanted to get this fixed quickly, other company was not readily available so I went ahead with this company. I will probably avoid this company if not urgent but definitely admire Austin’s knowledge and perfection in what he does.
He explained problem clearly and fixed it
Anytime did a great job! I will definitely use them again.
Responded quickly and did a great job!
Technician charged $100 to pair my garage remote but said it wouldn’t work and recommended a $1000 unit replacement. Later, I paired it myself and the old remote worked — so the receiver was fine. Polite service, but the diagnosis was incorrect and nearly led to unnecessary expense.
Avoid this company at all cost . I had someone come to give me a quote for my garage door opener . The problem was the door will not open all the way . The person who came after little inspection said he thinks he needs to change the springs/rails etc . A cost of $999. I said Are you sure it is the springs , the motor does not even work when the door is not attached . He was caught surprised by my comment and said he will adjust the motor . At Any rate it was clear that they make money from changing springs . It does not matter whether they need replacing or not . So I called another company and sure enough it was a switch inside the motor that controls the movement was bad . Switch was changed and problem was fixed for $100.
Overly priced. For all I know he probably used my own old parts. Never showed me the old parts vs the new part.
Amazingly quick and thorough work
