The pro that showed up was from on-time services not any time services. A broken door knob needed to be removed and the door knob replaced stated service fee on Thumbtack was $29. When pro came to the door. It was $169 to remove the broken lock to replace the one knob he wanted another $150. He reduced it to $100 then he charge 10 more dollars because I did not have cash total price was $279. He did the work at a greatly inflated price.

The key fob they replaced mine with stopped working in less than a month, and now I can't get no one to answer the phone number they called me from.
Really happy with the service I received. They responded quickly and showed up right when they said they would. Gave me a quick estimate, explained the issue clearly, and walked me through my options without any pressure. Overall, just super easy to work with.
I had a job scheduled for Monday. I asked if he could do Sunday. He said I don't work on Sunday, its my only time with my family. OK, I support family time. Then, Monday morning he has a family emergency and can't come after I arranged me time to meet him. OK, I understand family emergencies. I rearranged my schedule again and we rescheduled to the next day, Tuesday at 11am. Tuesday comes around and he wants 12. Enough! This shows little respect for my time. If this is typical of Anytime service, DO NOT HIRE.

Work was performed quickly. Did not receive receipt. Technician did not clean up shavings nor packaging for new lock he installed.
