good communication, cleaned our hot tub beautifully and walked me through how to use it! awesome service
My pool is worst then when they started- we are only our 3 week however only got one so called full clean. Would not recommend at all. Texted this week to see if he was cleaning the pool on Tuesday - they read message no response at all. After and before pictures.
Marcelo was able to go out to our rental home within 24 hours, pinpoint the issue and provide a great service and options for maintenance. He gained a client and I gained a professional to make sure our pool is always ready for our guests.
Marcelo came to inspect my pool and provided outstanding service. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience excellent. I truly appreciate his professionalism and great customer service. Highly recommended!
They replied very quickly, and the information was very helpful. Thank you so much!
Marcelo is the best! Very helpful and punctual. I’ll use their services again
Great service. Honest, professional. I had been ripped off by a different company for along time and Marcelo came to make it right in one visit. Looking forward to a long business relationship with APCM. Thank you!
During phone communication, Mr. Marcelo gave very important info, so now I can solve reported problems with my Spa! God Bless this person!
Marcelo was very helpful in explaining how my pool equipment and pool heater works. He came out the very next morning to help with my pool leak problem and suggested some things to try so that I could save money on leak detection.
Very good with communication before starting the job, also informing you on weekly visits that he performs.
