Apex was very prompt to respond and provided an incredible meal menu for Thanksgiving. Although we haven't tried their food I can tell by the menu it would be absolutely delicious. They are great communicators and very quick to respond. Highly recommend!!

To be honest I would have chosen all five options: Work Quality, Value, Professionalism, Punctuality, and Responsiveness. Apex Catering was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding. From day 1 Richard was excellent to deal with. He immediately responded to any question and was very professional to deal with from start to finish. On the day of the wedding Richard and his crew showed up early, set everything up themselves (which looked absolutely amazing by the way) and set to work making every single guest feel completely taken care of. Not one single complaint...only praises! Too bad my wife and I moved to TN immediately after the wedding or I would have definitely used Apex Catering for any event that needed catering in the future. I can't say enough good things about Apex. Trust me, not only will you be very pleased with them, you will save their information to share with everyone. This is one of those rare companies you pray for so that you won't have to worry about a thing whatsoever. Tell them what your vision is and you can consider it done. Thanks again Richard, you guys were a life saver.
for my wedding, me and guests really enjoyed the food. the fruit and charcuterie board were presented so beautifuly. the owner was also very sweet and I felt assured that may very last minute order would be fulfilled. the only reason I would not give 5 Stars is because the charcuterie board was supposed to start being set up at 5:00pm so it would be enjoyed with cocktail hour at 6, but was not setup until nearly 7:30pm. we called asking where he was and kept saying he would be there shortly (said that for and hour and a half). other than that food was great and they were very nice.
Apex Catering prepared a delicious gourmet meal with small bites, appetizer, salad, main course and dessert that was fantastic! They set up the space beautifully and took care of every detail very professionally. Will hire again for sure.
Apex did a wonderful job on our Baby Shower Brunch with a made to order Omlette station and finger sandwiches and such a beautiful table display! Everyone at the brunch was truly impressed with their outstanding food, service, professionalism and just making our brunch so perfect. Food was delicious and made planning and enjoying this so wonderful! Thank You! I highly recommend them!!!!
We hired Apex Catering for our little one's 1st birthday party and they were excellent from start to finish. Apex made us feel like they cared about our event and not just a booking on the calendar. Richard worked with us on what we wanted and made our vision come to life. Hazel was great on the day of the event; the food and display was more than we could have expected. They were professional and great to work with; we had nothing but wonderful comments on how everything went. We cannot thank Apex Catering enough, they made our day one to remember!
Richard and his team were outstanding. The greens and macaroni arrived piping hot and absolutely delicious, rich, and flavorful. I needed a caterer for an outdoor barbecue of hot dogs and hamburgers and I expected something simple and basic. Richard, of Apex Catering responded to my Thumbtack request in about an hour and sent me a menu outlining an upscale gourmet hamburger station featuring applewood smoked bacon. He also included an all American hot dog station with the usual toppings and also a chili cheese hot dog bar. For side dishes, he suggested watermelon, potato salad and coleslaw and for beverages, sweet tea, strawberry lemonade and ice water. The buffet tables were beautifully decorated and everyone enjoyed it.
Excellent meal
I can’t begin to tell you how excellent this catering company is. Very professional and prompt! Richard and his team were so sweet! They came in, set up nicely, and Richard even brought us drinks when I initially forgot to ask for them. He even went out of his way and bought extra drinks from the store. This is top tier! I don’t know anyone who would go out of their way for a mistake the client made, but he did!! Plus he brought me flowers stating that “the parent should be taken care of as well” that warmed my heart! Needless to say, I would definitely hire Apex catering for all of my events!!
I cannot recommend this catering company enough! From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They truly went above and beyond every step of the way. The presentation was absolutely stunning, it looked like something out of a magazine and completely elevated our event. The food was outstanding, and every guest kept commenting on how delicious everything was. Their attention to detail, organization, and level of service exceeded every expectation I had. This was, without a doubt, the best vendor I’ve ever hired. If you’re looking for a caterer who will make your event feel effortless and unforgettable, this is the company to book. Richard from Apex Catering was excellent. High quality food, responsive, professional. All the meals were delivered and packaged neatly. He tailored my meals to meet my caloric and nutritional goals as a body builder and boxer.
