Moving day is always stressful and this was not an exception. However, after speaking with Dimitri, he was willing to compensate for some of the lost time in traffic when the driver took a long route. For the items that did not make it on the truck, I didn't do my due diligence in making sure they were loaded and I did not communicate with Dimitri after I noticed they were not on the truck. I do appreciate him trying to correct what he can after the move. Had I called right then, I'm sure he would have sent them back to get the stuff. Probably not that day as it was late when they finished but at least the next day. I will say that all of our items arrived in the same condition as they left our house. Nothing was broken and the movers are good at what they do. They put furniture back the exact way it was intended to be put together and they did take care to make sure things were where we wanted them to be. They were also fairly quick at loading and definitely unloading the truck.
Punctual and efficient
I had what I thought was going to be an exceptional experience with Easy Relocation. The customer service was great, the movers showed up on time and everything was executed according to the contract and within the minimum 3 hour timeframe. BUT I was charged upfront for 4 hours and all my emails to the company regarding my refund for the additional hour/some explanation are being ignored. Was contacted by Pro and they were catching up on calls from the holiday weekend which caused the delayed response. They offered a full refund for the additional hour…Thanks Easy Relocation.
They did a great job moving our piano and some other bulky stuff across town. Great work, on time, and fair price. Highly recommended.
They were absolutely amazing. They were on time and helped me when original movers were not able to come do to a mix up! They literally were a life saver!
