Reviews
Great crew, great communication. Appreciate the honesty and straightforward takes on our situation.
Our garage had flooded a bit due to our water heater needing to be replaced. Joel came sooner than expected and was very professional. He explained everything and got the job done expeditiously. He even cleaned up so well I was impressed with his work.
Technician Joel arrived when he said he would. Evalated the problem with my tub drain and explained my options. It turned out to be a minor problem. I appreciated his honesty. He is very knowledgeable. I would call Apex again if I had another problem and will recommend to my friends.
I had a great experience with the plumbing service provided by Jarrett Mathis from Coral Pelican Plumbing. Jarrett was very friendly and easygoing, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was his efficiency—he was able to diagnose the issue and complete the repairs all on the same day. The quality of work was excellent, and everything has been working perfectly since. Highly recommend Jarrett and Coral Pelican Plumbing if you’re looking for reliable, professional service.
Overpriced I absolutely provided 12345 5 five estimates. One of them Lowe’s lowest Home Depot in between POMPA Plumber, which gave a reasonable amount for $1378 for install of a Rheem hot water heater with the model number XE50T06ST45U1, Apex plumbing 🪠 this company quoted me Apex plumbing and heating at $2352. Waaay over priced . you think the hot water heater will wash my behind each morning with this price. Mr. Bryce was so kind and definitely advocated for me to do business although the company is ridiculously overpriced. Pay your employees more pay your employees so they do not have to have holes in their shirts.
You will talk to AI an not a person. Seem real but it was AI.I am deleting thumbtacks now. I see no place can be trusted.
The gentlemen who came by told me the problem and the first thing he said is that the garbage disposal is not working. So he replaced it with a brand new disposal. Then he called me and said it is working and it is draining a little slow and that it may need a studor vent. Next, at night when I ran the dishwasher the water became worse and flooded the sink and the disposal was leaking water. I immediately messaged him and asked him and he said he will call the company get the call assigned back to my house. The entire day went by and no one called me. I then texted him and got no response. Fortunately, I didn’t make the payment and i am not going to pay them for this unprofessional service. I called another company and then they detected the problem and said the disposal is so loosely attached that it will fall anytime. Poor service. Poor professionalism and poor standard.
Very punctual especially it being a holiday weekend. Bryan was extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly. Will use this plumbing service in the future.
I recommend
They were ready to start the job immediately upon getting to the site - before even assessing the situation. Very professional and work done timely.
Courteous, professional, and quick to respond.
Will hire again.
Price guage or uneducated tech. Either way never again. Update: company reached out with their condolences. Give them a chance.Just do your research ahead of time so you know general price range 😉
They came for a simple shower leak that was a malfunctioning diverter between the shower head and the rain shower head. The gentleman who came to give the estimate said he could fix the problem for $500. We paid the $500. The plumber couldn't fix the issue and then he got into it and stated it would take $3500 to fix it. Seems like a bait and switch.
Very happy with service from Apex. Cleaned drains to rid odor in home just purchased.
Great easy personality. Addressed issue immediately. Worked efficiently, timely, cleaned. Handled right away!
Apex unclogged an outside drain and repaired a toilet. They were professional, punctual, and seem to have done a good job.
I have not used them yet, but the gentleman was knowledgeable on plumbing and gave me some quotes on some larger pipe projects my house will probably need soon. Thanks
Although I have not hired Apex plumbing, they were very professional, on time to the appointment, and honest on what is needed and is not.
