If there were zero stars id give these inept people a 4 minus stars! They caused new wife and I a complete havoc by their inexperience in AC maintenance! While identifying that the air conditioner drain was clogged, he offered to flush it. Because the drain was connected to my bathroom sink, he spread total debris on my counter and my mirror unclogged my drain. At the same time, the air conditioner compressor stopped kicking in. So there I was with a clogged sink and my air conditioner incapacitated on a 90° day.. when I ask what happened he stated the compressor was no longer working when I ask about unclogging my sink. He said he was not a certified plumber to do this. Since he was the cause of a bad experience, he decided not to charge me. Fortunately, I also have an appointment with Rise Service Company. Peter diagnosed and found out that the compressor was not bad in instead, it was determined that the compressor had overheated due to running in reverse, which potentially triggered the float switch. What a relief! I did call Apollo air and ask about out of courtesy for the headache that was caused if they could unclog my sink since it was him, they did it. Needless to say and I’m surprised they declined. ThrcManagement of this team has done lousy job of training personnel and I will never hire them again. No, I would ever recommend them to anyone.

Destin, was great! I was a bit apprehensive of finding a new company to service my HVAC. It could be difficult finding a company that is trustworthy and not just trying to make a sale. Destin, was very professional. He was very thorough. He advised me of what my HVAC needed without being so dramatic or pushy. I’ve found my new maintenance team.
I received text when Andres was on his way and when he arrived. He was very courteous and professional. He told me what he was going to do and then gave me recommendations. I only needed a check up and maintenance. I’m always a little skeptical to have somebody new come over to my home. I don’t know if they’re being honest or if they want to make a sale. Andres is honest. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I have found my new HVAC person!!!

Called in with an ac issue and got a fast response, came out same day and replaced broken part. Took less than 20 minutes. So far ac is working great.

Before entering our space, they message us with info about the tech, Andres, and a pic so that we knew who to expect. As a woman, that one thoughtful act made a world of difference. They were very professional, very knowledgeable, didn’t seem too pushy at all when talking about what issues may need addressing with my unit, and overall a great company. We are very satisfied with their work and professionalism.
Please expect that customers will have pets and don't complain about them or don't send a tech that says they are allergic. Also $250 diagnostic fees of $250 is way overpriced. Tech told me price would go up from there. I didn't trust him and felt like he was trying to cheat me. Won't recommend Apollo.
