I had some vinyl siding damage from a recent storm. I met with Clorissa and Frederick who assessed the damage and gave me a fair price. They were able to do the repair that same day. I would definitely use Appleton Construction for my siding or roofing needs. Dave L
this is a great company. I work with them to resolve rotted wood on my external siding, and I will be working with them to paint my house this spring.!
Contacted, acted quickly, and fixed within 48 hours using existing materials! Small projects often scare away contractors because they want to focus on the bigger, money making jobs - but they focused on taking care of a customer and to me that means that I’ll use them again.
Appleton Construction was quick to reply, had great, competitive pricing, easy to schedule, professional, and quick to complete the job. They showed up the day the said they would they were communicative and I’d definitely hire them again.
He was late but was very methodical. Rate were OK, he did produce lot of efforts in fixing the slides. I was more than happy about the duo. I would recommend him to anyone.
Excellent work. Great price. He showed up on time and as he tore the old roof apart, he found two additional parts that needed to be repaired. Without additional cost, he took care of everything for me.
Just started working with Appleton - I have hired them to rake my roof this Winter and hoping to have them replace the roof on my four family this Spring.
Very happy with the work done by Appleton Construction. New roof looks great and all other repairs too.
Car hit the corner of the house. The Appleton team did a great job removing the damaged layers of siding, insulating, and putting everything back together!
They were amazing and they clean up after they were which I really appreciate.
I cannot say enough great things about Clorissa and her team! This was my first time ever I hired a contractor and was so worried. I had originally agreed with a different contractor but my heart told me to go with Appleton Construction because of all of the small details they asked me (that other contractors told me either I couldn't do or change my mind to something else) to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Clorissa was super patient with my many questions and trying to find the specific color I wanted. Federico and the guys working with him did amazing quality work. They went above and beyond my expectations.
They did a fantastic job replacing our fascia and soffit! Quality work and great attention to detail. They even let us know when they identified a potential problem outside the original scope of work. They even added extra caulk in our gutter when they put it back up to make sure it wouldn't leak. We were really impressed and would hire them again!
Great communication and value. Good experience.
Clorissa and her team were incredibly prompt, professional, and thorough. They took the time to provide me with different options and explain each. Definitely recommend if you’re in need of roof repair or replacement!
Amazing experience, quick, friendly and fair prices. 100% would recommend
I had a very good experience with them and they were detailed with the work and very cooperative. Very easy to work and I will look forward yo working with them again.
We had some gutters and downspouts to be repaired and their team was very responsive on thumbtack and their price reasonable. Service was done swiftly and with quality. I would hire them again.
They went above and beyond and charged a reasonable price. I needed to re-attach the vinyl corner of the house and make sure the wooden structure under it is not damaged, and they showed me what was under it (which was in good condition), protected it with rubber and re-attached to the house. On top of that, they fixed some dings in other areas of the vinyl (in the pictures, I only show the dings, but after they were replaced, they looked like new).
