Andre arrived on time, very professional and friendly. I was impressed with his methodical approach to our dryer problem. As he tested each component and moved to completion he got our dryer running the best it could be without ordering new parts. He collaborated with me during the process so I felt knowledgeable about the issues to make informed decisions about next steps, if I wanted to pursue them. I would highly recommend this company.
This website is a joke. No one showed up, plus they are FORCING me to install their app to confirm my appointment when I already confirmed by email. Still no calls or text saying they are not coming this morning at 8 am. It’s 10am
On June 20th, I scheduled an appointment for washer repair for Thursday, June 27 @ 3:00pm because that was their latest appointment (per Thumbtack app). I got a CONFIRMATION that day for 6/27 @ 3pm so I asked off work for that date/time b/c I usually don’t get home until 6pm. A whole week went by & @ 4:40pm the day b4 they were supposed to come out, I get a voicemail saying they are coming @ the 9-11am time slot. When I called to discuss this I was told that they don’t go by Thumbtacks times, they make their own schedule each day. Then why put the time slots on the app? Someone @ Grandmasters CHOSE those times b/c other people have later time slots-they aren’t generic time slots. I have been without my washer for a week & I rearranged my schedule at work & inconvenienced my co-workers but no one seems to care about my schedule, only Grandmasters. I still do not have a confirmed appointment, I was just told that they could NOT come today & they will “call me back”. Not a good start Grandmasters.
The tech diagnosed my problem quickly and showed me the damaged parts on my LG dishwasher. The expense of the parts would be more than a new unit. So off to the store we go, but I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.
The AGM Technician explained the situation & resolution in great detail. That was very much appreciated & built my trust in his knowledge, ability & company services. Thank you!
I LOVE Aaron from this company. Absolutely an outstanding man & hard worker. He explained things to me in a way I could understand, wrote down the material I’d need if I wanted to purchase it myself or have him special order it. Treated my daughter & I like old friends while maintaining an incredible level of professionalism. Best price I’ve found in the upstate, with great quality results.
