From start to finish, the service was professional, punctual, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented. They made sure my pool was properly closed before the approaching storm, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. The technician handled everything independently and with great care. He carefully repaired and patched my pool cover, thoroughly cleaned the pool, removed leaves and debris, applied the necessary winterizing chemicals, shut down the equipment, and secured everything beautifully for the season. What impressed me most was his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond. He even helped me carry a ladder back when the job was finished! It is refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in his work, respects your property, and genuinely cares about delivering excellent results. Reliable, knowledgeable, courteous, and exceptionally professional. We had a great experience with Aqua Turf. We didn’t realize we did not have the proper equipment to winterize our pool and he went out twice to get the proper tools for him to be able to complete the job properly and same day. We are sure he didn’t plan on spending the entire day at our house and are so appreciative he took the time to do it. We will definitely be using them for future pool issues!

Angelo did a great job, worked late on a Saturday to get everything replaced, explained clearly what he was doing and why.
Very responsive! He came out immediately even though I’m not in his typical service area and he fixed the pool plumbing quickly.
Do not hire, they will charge 250 for “opening pool and treatment/cleaning” except they won’t do any cleaning or chemical treatments on Very disappointed working with them
I can’t say enough great things about Angelo! He came out to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our pool pump shutting off abruptly, and he was amazing. Not only did he quickly identify the root cause, but he installed the solution efficiently and with great care. I really appreciated his responsiveness and how thoroughly he explained the issue and solution. I highly recommend him—truly top-notch service!

Angelo came in the prescribed window and got my pool winterize. He gave me a closing price for my pool which was the going rate expected. He was willing to answer questions since I am not very knowledgeable about all the pool options. I am willing to rehire for future work on my pool.

This was our first time using Aqua Turf for our pool and I would definitely call them again. The last company that we hired did not do a thorough job on our pool resulting in us having to replace our motor twice in less than 6 months. Aqua Turf was efficient in scheduling, was clear, detailed, and thorough in their diagnostic, was patient and knowledgeable in their explanation, gave us clear options and next steps, was reasonable in their pricing, and did a great job servicing the pool. They also communicated well during the process. Our pool went from green back to normal in just a few days with their guidance. We greatly appreciate it!

Angelo provided excellent service at an affordable rate for the repairs our pool needed. Pipe around our pool filter was busted during the winter and I sent some inquiries on Thumbtack. Angelo replied within 15 minutes while other took almost half day. Once I gave him the job, he text me in advance while he is on the way. Very knowledgeable and explained what he would do before starting the repair. He also stayed for a while after the job done. Double check to see if there are any leaks. Also gave me advices and some tips on maintaining the pool. A very nice guy and I will call him if I have any pool problems. Highly recommended!
