Mohammed was on time and very friendly. When discussing my home and my questions he was very detailed and clear in his explanations. He did not try to upsell anything and was happy to take further questions via text in the future. Highly recommended

I had a great experience working with AR Engineering. Communication was clear and professional. Scheduling the site visit was easy, and he showed up right on time as promised. The engineer was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions. He carefully reviewed the structure, explained what they were looking for. Very professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend AR Engineering to anyone who needs structural engineering services. Would definitely use them again!
I would add Punctuality if I could...I needed a structural report on a property ASAP and Muhammad fit me into his schedule without question. He was so knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions. The fee was more than reasonable and he didn't try to sell me on a report if I didn't need it. He was honest and that's what I appreciated most. Not only would I use his services again, I would recommend to anyone and I do plan on using his services again in the near future. My RE again was impressed with him as well. Thank you Muhammad for such a great experience during a very challenging time.
Very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Mohammed. Would highly recommend.
My experience with AR Engineering was great. I wanted to find a smaller company that was honest and reliable. Mohammed was responsive, answered all of my questions, and eased my mind in the end which is priceless. He is extremely knowledgeable and transparent, not trying to price gouge to get more money out of you by insisting you need things that you don't. I woukd definitely contact him in the future for any additional inspections.
He showed up to the property and gave us options on how to fix our problem without costing us much. Would recommend to anyone that needs their services.
We moved into our home several months ago and noticed some cracks that had us concerned about potential structural issues. Mohammed came out, performed a thorough inspection of the house, and was able to give us a better understanding of our home. Thankfully, all of the issues that we noticed were cosmetic and Mohammed was able to ease our first-time homebuyer jitters. We would recommend him to anyone else having similar concerns.
I would recommend Mohammed and AR Engineering to anyone looking for a structural engineer. We had a very old garage that looked like it needed to be torn down. Mohammed fully inspected the structure and gave us recommendations on what we needed to do to secure and make this garage safe. It turns out that it’s fixable, and saved us a full demo. Very friendly, answered any and all questions I had! You can tell he is highly educated and has a complete understanding of what he’s doing. Will be calling back for future projects.
Mohammed was fantastic. He was very thorough professional, and took more than enough time to answer all my questions and provide explanations. Would highly recommend AR engineering to anyone I know!
Would recommend ARE as an engineering firm. Very professional, great communication, very helpful in all aspects! When needed, we would go to them again!
