It is always an adventure when hiring someone for household repairs etc. I received an easy to obtain quote ( not so easy from other companies), with a full description of devices. Alan was over almost immediately and took care of the ant attack. Showed up 2 weeks later and did a 2nd round. Could not be happier on my choice.

Arachnida Pest did a great job! We just moved to a new home and within a week were inundated with ants. So many ants!!! We tried to get rid of them ourselves which definitely didn't work and ruined our carpet. Arachnida reached out from my Thumbtack request and were super fast, came the same morning and the ants were gone by the afternoon! They said it might take a couple of days, but it did not, they were gone within a couple of hours. We were super pleased! Thank you!!!

I called Arachnida with an urgent request. I was at my 96yr old grandmothers home trying to bring it to lbetter living conditions. I was there for that 1d only. I realized quickly that there were wasps all around the eves. At least 5 nests. I called at 10 and the earliest they could do was 3-5. Knowledgeable No pressure
We found 2-3 spots have ants and they came immediately on the same day. After 3-4 days, the ants came indoor from a different spot on the second floor and they came back to redo the treatment. It was a Saturday. Our case might be special because the ants came back the 3rd time in the bathroom. Allan came back again and helped us again. They do care about the customer experience and respond timely with patience and treatments.
You send a rep out to my property which showed up almost a hour and a half late. Then he goes under the house and says he found nothing. I ask, ok what is the charge. He said $25.00 I said ok, I will give you $80.00 but I need a receipt. He promised I would get it the next morning which was Sunday. I told him how important the receipt was. I still have not received a receipt for the $80.00 I trusted him which was a huge mistake. Harold Michael

Great experience, I have an mouse emergency, Arachnida Pest Control takes my request at night and show up at my front door next morning. The service is processional and price is good. They help me seal the gap and fix the loosen screen mesh. I signed year contract because I feel they can be trusted.
Job was done within 4hours of me posting. Wish everyone was as responsive and efficient. Quickly removed this nest and even found another. Sprayed the entire perimeter to ensure they didn’t immediately return.
