Provided a prompt estimate and good advice. Removed two large trees from a dense difficult area downtown close to home. Did a great job, kept everything clean and secure.

Ian was outstanding to work with. He was at our house by 8:30 am on the day of the last big storm and after he looked at our damaged tree he got his chainsaw out and offered to help get the downed limbs off of our neighbors driveway as a favor and this was before we had accepted his bid. We ended up accepting his bid over 3 other ones we got from other certified Arborists. He was a good price but also very helpful. He took down our 28 year old 50-60 foot ash and ground the stump and roots and hauled it all away. He cleaned up everything and was always on time. He is our new tree guy ! Highly recommend

Ian and his team did a superb job. Efficient and thorough. Took soil samples and I will be using them to care for our trees going forward. HIGHLY recommended for quality and value. I bid this job and Arcane was the best value with no hidden costs.

Ian did a stellar job this week for us in Sunshine Canyon. From his initial visit to the completion of the project, his professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. As an arborist, he had a thorough knowledge of our trees, and with the vista pruning he did for us, he unveiled a spectacular view of a neighboring mountain that we can now see from our great room, and then did the same to reveal some hillside boulders that have added an extra layer of beauty to our view from our kitchen window. He also removed two dead trees and left our long driveway cleaner than it was when he arrived. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced tree removal/pruning company, Ian at Arcane Tree Care is the guy for you! Will definitely be keeping his number on hand for any future work.

Ian is very knowledgeable and thorough. He and his team trimmed two trees in our backyard. He was very communicative and clean up great. My wife was surprised by the clean up job when she got home. We plan hiring him next summer for front trees. So I'd definitely recommend.

Had a very large 50' tree and two smaller 25' trees removed in our backyard. During our estimate they helped evaluate our tree's health as we were hoping to save them. Unfortunately, they had to be removed. After multiple estimates Arcane was the perfect balance of pricing to professionalism you should expect. They came and removed all 3 trees in one day, took away the debris, and filled in the holes to make everything look perfect to our liking. If you're looking for a tree removal company this is your choice. 10/10 recommend. Thanks Arcane!!

From point of contact to project completion, Ian Serbus exceeded my expectations. His professionalism, timeliness, and quality of work have moved him to the top of my list of "go-to" contractors. I'm so pleased with how my Ash tree turned out after he and his team finished the job.

We had a bunch of storm damage from the big snowstorm and lost a lot of branches from our tree in the front blocking the sidewalk and part of the street. Ian was able to come and cut down all of the broken branches and clear the debris same day for much cheaper than other quotes. Highly recommend!!

HUGE shoutout to Ian! We lost 1/3 of a tree in a recent snowstorm that was leaning against our house and precariously over our brand new deck. Ian came out same day and was able to remove the damaged section while also preventing any damage to the roof and deck. We were literally in a race against the clock to get it removed before it collapsed on our deck. We can’t thank Ian enough. They even got the entire yard cleaned up and the wood hauled away despite a foot of snow to contend with. Seriously impressed!!
