Be more engaged with potential customers. I have been directed to Archer on multiple occasions and after the initial consultation there is no follow up. Don't refer me to Archer anymore. I'm too busy to wait for them to respond.
Our company will definitely hire them again. They were on time, got our junk removed quickly and were very professional. Def will be using them, again. Thank you Colin and Ashley and other supporter.
Very responsive. Appreciate their willingness to help!
They were super fast and the most affordable in my area by far. Super appreciate them and would hire them again!
Everything looks great! They are very friendly and on spot with their quality of work and they cared that I was a satisfied customer. Thankyou!
Amazing service. I was contacted within an hour of listing my job request on Thumbtack. Colin was responsive and understanding to my needs. He was prompt to the appointed time and the work done was completely satisfying. His price was very fair. I would highly recommend him and his team.
I received a call the same evening I started looking for a quote. They were great about trying the information they needed to give a quality estimate. They were friendly, communicated quickly and clearly when factors outside their control caused delays. They cleared a bunch of junk and trash that had been accumulating, primarily in my garage, for almost 2 years in a couple hours. They even swept the floor. I would highly recommend them and if I need a job done in the future they will be the first people I contact. I’m not home to take after pictures but here are some of the things they cleared out. Just the mental relief of not worrying about it anymore is great. Also it was much more affordable to hire them then to rent a dumpster and clear it myself. It was also much easier. 5 stars
I certainly recommend Archer Cleaning services! Colin was on time, extremely kind, communicative, and accommodating! I have a schedule that’s always changing, but he made everything worked out perfectly. When I was discussing with him about how much junk I need him to remove, I underestimated the amount of stuffs that I would need to throw out. and it turned out way more than what we have originally planned. He didn’t complain at all when he arrived and finished the job efficiently. On top of that, I do have ADHD so my home is messy all the time, but he showed understanding and did not make me feel uncomfortable. Again, I highly recommend Colin’s services!
