They sent me an individual who pretended he’d it’d be so much work involved and told me the price to agree. It was a lot more than originally told via call prior to the appointment but he made it look like we have so much more work needs to be done than what I addressed on the call. Once I agree with the price, he did minimum work and start explaining differently than what he indicated while he was convincing me for the price. It was a terrible experience and I will not hire these people.

Reviews
Professional and thorough. Noted additional items to be dealt with.
they were fast, efficient, protected everything to keep everything clean. honest
Gave us some misinformation that we verified with several other sources but overall happy with actual chimney sweep
My fireplace is SO clean from the roof down. I can’t imagine what the other companies I hired to clean it in the past were doing when I hired them.” NEVER AGAIN!! I’m sticking with Archway Clean Sweep.
Insisted on $1000 of work but said the fireplace should never be used. Why would I pay you $1000 for a fireplace I still can't use? And the tech never even got on the roof to look at the fireplace. He just looked at it from the patio. Got another company to come out they said there is nothing wrong with my fireplace and it's fully usable. Glad I got a second opinion!
From scheduling to completion the entire experience was professional, and I would recommend Archway for any fireplace issues.
Excellent knowledge, on time and provided needed advise
Everything was great but still waiting for written quote on some additional work.
The Archway guys were professional and did quality work. They were also courteous and friendly
I appreciate the efforts made by Archway Clean Sweep in performing the necessary repairs to my chimney and roof. I did not want to do this myself.
