I called Arcos Roofing Construction regarding a roof leak, and they promptly provided a fair repair estimate. They arrived exactly when scheduled, explained the issue in detail, and offered clear options for the repair without any unnecessary pressure or upselling. I highly recommend their services for anyone needing an honest and professional roofing contractor.

I contacted several other roofing contractors before I found ARCOS ROOFING ON THUMBTACK and I’m happy I didn’t stop searching! Carlos was very responsive, professional, polite, and his estimate was very reasonable to repair a portion of my roof and replace the entire gutter system and downspout on my lower roof of my home which is a two story Georgian! I’m actually going to use him in the future to replace the whole gutter system on the main roof! You won’t be disappointed with his skillset and he assured me that I didn’t have to do a complete TEAR OFF, like I was initially quoted from other roofing companies! I’ve attached before and after photos Thanks again Carlos.
Carlos and his team were great. Very professional. We had a minor leak in our detached garage roof. He came to take a look and give us a quote and a day later came and repaired the issue. Replacing the Sheathing, Ice and Water shield, and Shingles. We will look to them again if we ever run into other roof issues.
Great company. Responded to my request promptly and was able to meet me on my availability and was ready to start work immediately. Took before and after picture and thoroughly explained the process.
I had a leak. Decided to get a repair rather than a new roof. Carlos was able to service on the day I called. I explained that shingles needed to be replaced job was done quickly and professionally. However the roof still leaked. I called, Carlos came back looked around and found water leaking from around window underneath the shingles. He repaired the window. No leak follow up service was impressive. He’s my guy for roofing and apparently windows
Working with Carlos and his team was so easy! Carlos is very professional, responsive, and polite. He explained what needed to be done and afterwards what they had completed along with photos. Great communication and punctual all around. I will HIGHLY recommend them and will be using them for my future roofing needs.
I had an excellent experience working with Arcos Roofing. Carlos and his team worked on my gutters and downspouts in November 2025, and they worked quickly and efficiently while delivering high-quality results. Their team was professional, punctual, and highly efficient from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The crew maintained a clean and organized worksite throughout the project and clearly demonstrated strong craftsmanship and expertise. Communication was excellent—they kept me informed during the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Most importantly, the finished work looks fantastic and was completed exactly as promised. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Arcos Roofing to anyone looking for reliable, professional roofing services, and I will absolutely be reaching out to them again for my next project.
