Ardi did a few jobs for a rental unit of mine, including painting a garage and installing a new bathroom exhaust fan. He was responsive, offered a very reasonable price, and was transparent about cost changes, particularly on materials he needed. While not specifically requested, he also patched up some drywall for the paint job using his own materials, which was a very appreciated extra that demonstrated his professionalism and dedication to do the job right. I would definitely hire him again for my next job.
