The company has been such a pleasure to work with. From their first visit onsite for an estimate, their timeliness, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout the project, and their follow up post project is incredible. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Arias did a very professional job on my wood floor. They replaced slats of wood that were damaged. They are hard workers, reasonable price and we are very pleased!
Very upset with my floors. This job took over a week, and didn’t come out good sadly.. they had left the blue tape on my walls and molding too long as well that eventually stripped the paint and they did come back 3 weeks later to fix the paint however the floors just don’t look great. All I wanted was to revive my floors, to make them look newer and last longer. That’s not what I got. I even made it clear numerous times, I want this to look as close as possible just new again. The finish photos show.. it’s far from looking new again, it’s blotchy, discoloration, and some areas WAY TOO DARK and others too light. This isn’t a great job, it’s unfortunate, I’m a new homeowner trying to save money in corner’s but this was a mistake. Do your research first, this doesn’t look like a job done by professionals. Unfortunately nothing about this experience has been professional or pleasant, including the end results.
I am astounded by the outcome of my floors! I cannot thank Arias and their team enough- they’re the sweetest, most hard-working people and genuinely care about their results. We initially wanted to do a light sanding, but they convinced us to do a full refinish, which I’m SO glad we did because the floors definitely needed it! I’d recommend to anyone I know who has wood floors and wants to restore.
Arias luxury solutions was a pleasure to work with. They refinished our wood floors and replaced termite damaged pieces of wood with very high quality craftsmanship. They are fair on price and are very hard workers. Would hire again!
Arises Lux Solutions: I have had wood floors installed in my home before, but this is by far the most professional, clean, and quickest work I have seen. I will definitely be using them again.
Arias Luxury Solutions did an incredible job from start to finish. Their prices were so reasonable and they were so helpful in making decisions with changes we wanted. They are honest and up front people and above all kind. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Best part is that they are a husband and wife team.
We are very pleased with floor sanding and varnish. No dust. Furnishings were carefully removed and replaced. From prompt response to final results, Arias could not have done a better job.
They were excellent! Very patient and good work ethic. The work matches their social media. They are also very competitive with pricing. Would highly recommend!
