I hired Ark Expert Solutions to re-tile two showers in my home, including demolition of existing tile, installation of new shower fixtures (and associated plumbing "guts"), and installation of new tile and grout that I pre-purchased. They were very clear and quick in their communication, kept me in the loop if there were any updates or disruptions, worked efficiently, and completed the work nicely. I'm happy with the output of my updated showers!

Reviews
The team at Ark Professions did an excellent job installing the curtains and painting the wall. They were incredibly professional, very prompt, and arrived exactly at the time they promised. The quality of their work was outstanding, with great attention to detail, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them!!!
On time, friendly and respectful of my new carpet and areas they worked in. I needed a PTAC unit removed from 2nd story, so included repairing the large hole. I watched the new studs inside wall, insulation, sheetrock, texture; the exterior plywood and hardy board. All completed very professionally. They also removed an old switch in kitchen from nonworking garbage disposal that had previously been removed when new sink was installed by someone else. You can’t tell where the switch was now! Also, put new hinges and hardware on new shaker cabinet doors and hung those. Perfectly. Both steady workers, no breaks except to Home Depot and quick lunch. I will be calling Ark for next project! Highly recommend!
Front of the house wires are visible and looking not good
The team was great. They showed up promptly with the correct tools needed to refresh my wall. I’m moving out of my apartment and wanted to repair the nail holes and some spaces that were damaged from adhesive. I’m impressed with the work and communication.
The team was very responsive and was able to add me to their schedule on short notice. Quality work and a great team.
I hired Ark Expert Solutions to install Christmas lights on my home and provided a clear inspiration photo of exactly what I wanted. They confirmed they could achieve that look with no problem. However, the lights they brought were completely different from the image I provided. They assured me it would still look nice, so we allowed them to proceed. Once installation began, wires were draping and hanging, not secured properly to the house, and the overall appearance looked nothing like the photo. They spent hours trying to splice wires together to make them work, and it became very clear they were not experienced with this type of installation. It eventually got dark and they were using phone flashlights just to continue, which honestly didn’t feel professional or safe. When we compared the partially-installed lights to the original image, it was extremely different. We asked to pause and reconsider. They insisted that ordering a different type of light would fix everything, so we tried to be accommodating and agreed. The original installation was November 23rd, but they said they couldn’t come back with the correct lights until the second week of December, leaving us with only a few weeks to even enjoy the lights (assuming the second installation would be successful). At that point we requested a refund of our $400 deposit. I expected a small fee, unfortunately , they told us they would only refund $43.90 of that deposit, even though the installation was incorrect, incomplete, and not what was requested in the first place. Overall, the team was polite, but the service did not match the expectations or the example we provided, and I wouldn’t personally recommend them based on this experience. Attaching inspiration photo vs. what was actually installed.
Amazing work by the team. Would highly recommend. Looking to hire them for future projects!
They did a great job to fix my damaged dry ceiling wall
Did a really great job and was very professional
Ark Exepert Solutions was so awesome! Quick response and even better work quality! Very clean. And professional. They added handles and drawer pulls to the kitchen and I’m obsessed
G&S showed up on time and was able to get the drywall repaired in a few hours, including tape & bed, texture and paint match. Would definitely use again.
They rescheduled three times. Would have been better to have got the job done sooner. The first time was for rain, fair enough. But the next two times could have been avoided. I’m glad it was worth the wait.
