I used there service back in 2022. They sealed the rooftop inlets and caught a rat using the trap. But recently we found that the rodent is back to the attic. I just went up and checked the attic, and found that their trap and dead rat were left in the attic for a long time, they didn’t even dispose of it properly. Now the rodent issue came back and caused much more damage on HAVC and insulation. Contacted them no response. Avoid their service unless you want more trouble down the road
I used these folks a couple of times and they are great! We first had them help us out with a flea infestation. It was horrible but Forrest was quick to relapse, treat the house and educate us what to expect and how to continue to mitigate the issue. It’s been 3 years and we haven’t had a single flee since then. I also recently used for a rats and they also were responsive, did a great job sealing the property and they what part is - they are priced correctly! Thanks people!

They responded quickly and were able to handle my request for service that day. What they charge is reasonable (I got a much higher quote from another company). Armada let me know when their technician would come and provided the ETA. Forrest was there exactly at that time. He answered my questions and completed the job (wasp nest in overhang) I definitely would recommend them and would use them again! Thank you Armada Pest and Forrest!

Very satisfied customer! I like how these guys operate. It says $99 in their profile and guess what? IT WAS ACTUALLY $99! All the other pros for wasp removal want $199 at least. Others say they’ll charge you a one time fee of $300, then a monthly service after that at $40 a month? I’m not sure what it is about the Bay Area, but everyone charges 3 times what pros would charge for the same service - and that goes with everything! But that was not my experience with Armada, in fact I was pleasantly surprised. They clearly state an estimate of $99 (at the time this review was written) and that is what got me to call them. The fact that they stuck with that price with no upselling or other nonsense is what got me to write this review. The tech was extremely polite, on the phone and in person. Arrived when they said he would, I was able to connect with them straight off Thumbtack and make an appointment for later that same afternoon. Showed the tech the areas of concern and found another issue I wasn’t aware of in a telco enclosure (pictured). The tech cleaned up, removed the dead wasps, their nests, treated the area, and disposed of everything and no more wasps. And yes…for $99 - no ups, no extras. Thanks guys!
