We hired Chris a few times for the gutter cleans and repair. Our most recent experience with him was AWEFUL. Chris indicated that theyd clean up after gutter cleaning but what he actually did was dump the debris from our gutters into our neighbors yard over our fence. After I saw this I started taking a closer look at his work and I noticed they left a lot of incomplete work and damages behind. Video Link: https://ring.com/share/d4d5eb67-3e75-4a56-8f8e-779e209b6c3d Issues. -A downspout repair I paid 300 for wasn't ever connected to the gutter. Rain has been falling down the side for over a year now. I asked him to come by and finish the job and he never responded until I threatened action through my CC company. Convo attached. He said he'd refund me but had a change of heart and just stopped responding again. -They repaired exterior of our home and left the gutter guard unattached and bent beyond repair. They just put the guard in the gutter and never told me. Additional note: Attached is his sarcastic response to my review. He's funny. I'll give him that. But integrity and quality/consistency of work is a giant red flag.

Reviews
We've used them multiple times and they're always prompt to respond and do excellent work!
This is a very trustworthy company. I had issues after the cleaning, and they were very responsive. Very good work ethics. I would hire him again if I had another issue.
Agreed to do the outside windows and did not do the second floor. Disappointed.
Quick response and didn't have to wait weeks to get the job done. Good value.
Extremely friendly! He did a fantastic job. In and out in a nice time frame and cost was worth it! I will be hiring them again for more of a frequent maintenance clean!
I was in the market to have my gutters cleaned and saw this company had a bunch of reviews and a high rating so, I decided to contact armour to have my gutters cleaned. They responded quickly and came the next day to clean the gutters. They used a leaf blower to blow the contents of my gutters on to my patio furniture and lawn, didn't clean up, then left. After I came home from work, I checked the gutters which still had leaves and a bunch of dirt in them and my lawn and patio furniture had been covered by what was in my gutters. I messaged my contact from the company with pictures and they promised to come back and finish the job in a day or two. They actually showed up the next day and finished the job including rinsing out the gutters with a hose. The contents of my gutter were still in my yard after they finished for the second time and all of the dirt that was rinsed out of my gutters was at the bottom of the hoses attached to my gutters. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because they did return the next day to "fix" the job from the previous day. Overall I don't think I'll be using this company in the future and can't recommend their services. Please see the attached pictures.
Very nice did what he said he would do. On time & did a great job.
Always a pleasure working with you. Thanks so much!! Highly highly recommended
Would use him again. Hard worker and there to get the job done!
Chris was great. Easy to text or call for communication. I felt like his price was extremely reasonable. He showed up the same week to complete the project of installing gutter guards. Even was able to get our second property completed in the same week! Will definitely keep him in mind for projects!
Awesome job with awesome customer service! Definitely hire again. Highly recommend!
Did a great job pressure washing a year of buildup off of driveway, deck and patio. Also did excellent job cleaning windows and gutters.
Fast easy and well done. Did the job quick and cheap. Will definitely use again
They responded promptly to my inquiry to pressure wash my deck and house, came out the next day, and gave me a quote before they started any work to make sure the price was agreeable. I would use them again!
They did a great job overall. Took before and after photos and texted them to me in real time so I could see their progress. We found them during an awesome $89 special - that included cleaning and flushing the gutters. Fantastic communicators and easy Apple pay when it was all done. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they threw the gunk from our gutters into our yard. So there were little piles all around our front and back yard and in our flower garden. Not sure if that simply how it’s always done no matter the company? We’re recently first time homeowners so this was our only experience with getting gutters cleaned.
Do NOT use this service. This was the worst experience we have ever had using Thumbtack. They do not clean debris and my siding and windows were covered.
They did awesome! Power washed my home and took great care of the vinyl siding, very pleased!!
There were some missed spots but they promptly came back to fix them
They were the best value of the pros I selected. They got to me within a couple of days. Only critic would be the communication. They were always prompt but confusing.
