About Arsen
My Pricing approach is Honest, Transparent, and without unplesant suprises. I belive that trust begins with honesty and transparency. I always clearly explain how the cost of my services is calculated. First for all, I wouid like to clarity that I don’t visit clientsjust to provide an estimate. Since I charge by the hour, it’s difficult to predict in advance how long a particular project will take. Each job is specific. All details can be discussed via text, which serves as a written confirmation of our agreement. However, if the client insists on an in-person visit, I charge it as one hour of paid work. - The base Rate is $70 per hour. -Materials — No Markups I do not profit from materials. You will receive receipts from Home Depot or other stores and only pay the actual cost. If I use our own materials purchased in advance, they are billed separately at market prices. I always open to communication. If you have any questions about pricing, the scope of work, or other details — feel free to reach out. I value your trust and always aim to leave behind not just quality work, but also a great overall experience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer? First, I carefully listen to the client to fully understand all their wishes and requirements. Then I analyze the request and provide a personalized solution with a transparent pricing offer. I’m always open to communication and respond promptly to any questions. Once all the details are agreed upon, I schedule a specific date and time to carry out the project. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? My journey in the construction industry began in my youth, giving me a deep understanding of design principles from an early age. Along the way, I also gained valuable skills in event coordination and team management — from staffing to overseeing creative project workflows.Over the years, I had the privilege of learning from true masters — experienced designers and builders — which helped me refine my spatial awareness, master the balance between aesthetics and functionality, and develop a sharp eye for quality craftsmanship. The combination of technical education and hands-on experience allows me to confidently take on both standard and unconventional tasks. When you choose our team, you’re not just hiring a service — you’re investing in quality, reliability, and results that exceed expectations.

Arsen has been wonderful! He’s done a few projects at our house including assembling furniture and replacing doorknobs. He also installed a tv on the wall in our front room. It was a difficult project because we have custom molding, but he did a great job and it looks amazing.
Arsen was able to come out as soon as he was able to, to help me out on short notice! He was very responsive and communicated clearly. He was upfront with his pricing, and his work is much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to others!
Arden is a great pro. He responded quickly and came over next morning to dissemble my bed and reassemble it in another room better than it was before. He was extremely professional and had the knowledge to tackle the project quickly and efficiently. I will use him again for future projects.
I needed some pavers reset after they caved in. Some critters dug out under my fence from the neighbors yard. Arsen did an excellent job and recommended the necessary products to fix.
Arsen assembled a dresser and nightstand with professionalism and cleanliness. He was prompt and noticed the "Shoe-Free House" sign on the door, and he had already covered his shoes with booties without my asking. He also helped me replace some batteries in the smoke alarms and other devices. I have already scheduled some other work for another weekend with Arsen. Very likely to ask for his assistance in the future.
Arsen was great! He was confident (some contractors asked to come by to provide an estimate) he could do the job. He was efficient and offered to help me with my installation. He doesn’t have a minimum, so, his pricing is perfect for small jobs.
Arsen shows up when he says he will be there even when it’s short notice. He is professional and up front about his pricing and how much time it will take. His pricing and light usage was way less than several others that we contacted to do this job. His quality of work is great and we are very happy with the final product. We even had an issue with one of our strands and he is willing to come out and help us fix it. He provided his contact info so we can contact him when we are ready to take the lights down.
Arsen was great! Very accommodating with our schedule. Came prepared and did a great job. Super nice guy and we will use him again!
Arsen knocked my curtain track and shades install out of the park. He arrived on time, worked with precision to get the track perfectly straight (no wall damage!), and cleaned up every bit of debris afterward. Fast, stress-free, and professional—10/10 will hire again for future home tasks!!!
Arsen was the best! He arrived on time, got the job done with painting my doors and even taking time to prep them thoroughly. I’ll be calling him again with any handyman tasks I have!
