Arsen handyman

Arsen was amazing. I had been getting the run around from Home Depot for over a week and he responded and completed the project the same day I reached out to him. Came late in the day and worked until 10:00PM to get the job done. Very professional and thorough. Will be using him again for any future needs. Highly recommend.

He was able to come out right away, which I appreciated. His price was on the high side, but since he was already there, I agreed to move forward. The work was completed reasonably well, although several screws were left sticking out rather than sitting flush. My biggest concern was the additional fees he wanted to charge for work I understood to be included in our original agreement. We eventually met in the middle on the price to get the job finished, but the unexpected charges were frustrating. I would encourage him to provide written estimates before starting any work so both parties are clear on what's included and any changes to the price are discussed and agreed upon in advance. While I appreciate his quick response and getting the job completed, the attention to detail and unexpected pricing issues left me disappointed with the overall experience.

I needed help with a flooring project and wasn't getting a response from the original installers. So I reached out through Thumbtack and Arsen responded promptly and was over the next day. This guy is awesome and did everything himself! I really liked the quality of Arsen's work!! He went out of his way to make sure the project was done the right way and didn't cut any corners! I will definitely be hiring Arsen for other handyman work! 5/5!

It was a pleasure to work with Arsen. He was friendly and we were very pleased with his work. We would hire him again if the need arises.

Did a great job. Checked in with me prior to the day of the job, so I knew it was confirmed. Had needed tools in his vehicle. Took care of putting up posters using command strips. Kept in mind that lighter weight posters don’t need as much reinforcement. Apartment looked really great afterwards. Thank you for helping out.

Definitely came in handy with what I need at the time. I should have gone over his work before final look. Details he missed that can be health hazard and making damages not reporting or fixing.

Very quick to complete the job. Refused to finish until payment was made in full despite deposit being paid, but job was completed satisfactorily once payment was paid in full. I was only provided assurance that I could contact Thumbtack customer service if he didn’t finish the job. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars.
