I called for a quote and sent pictures of what needed to be done which was putting my fridge doors back on but was quoted $300+ on arrival. I was told via phone it’ll be less than I expected. Then when I declined, I was told to pay $75 as I was misinformed. The tech told me 150 without service charge then change it to double the price. Of course I’m going to decline. I told the rep who called what happened because the person needed a translate and I’m telling him what happened and still says to pay the $75. No I did not sign up for this. At first you quoted me half then next it’s super expensive. Just to put fridge doors on???

Do not use this company, they are only temporary fixing issues then up charge you the next time. This company Artix charged me $375 to put in Freon to make the system temporary work and never fixed the leak. The next week I called them back when the system went down and they said there was a leak, the same leak I told them about. Then send me a bill of $2060 to replace the condenser. I hired a local tech and he fixed the leak within 2hrs for a quarter of the price. Then they have a no return policy if the AC was working when they left. Ofcourse it will be working if you put temporary Freon. DO NOT USE THEM.
