ASAP movers we're communicative through the entire process. My items were handles with care from the 2 person team. They worked fast and efficiently. I will absolutely book them again! 5 stars!
Very disappointed with ASAP Move. They were scheduled for 9:00 AM but didn’t arrive until 10:30 AM and even went to the wrong location, despite me confirming both addresses the day before. They advertised having moving materials, but showed up with no moving blankets or protective materials and asked me to use my own blanket for my TVs. They damaged my walls due to having no protective material during the move. I also sent pictures of everything being moved, including my treadmill, but they arrived and said they couldn’t break it down or move it. To make matters worse, they tried to charge an extra fee and round up the hours worked. Poor communication, poor preparation, and service that did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend them. Wish I can give no stars STAY AWAY!!!!
The guys were nice however they need to communicate better amongst themselves, they brought things that I said weren't coming, dropped my daughters vanity and stopped to fix it leaving just the 1 guy to finish and charged me for additional hour even after they were told by my daughter not to worry about fixing it. I honestly don't think that extra hour should have been our responsibility to pay.

I reached out last minute for a same day move of furniture from my old salon to my new salon. I was pleasantly surprised they could accommodate me same day. The communication was thorough and they showed up at the exact time quoted. The 2 gentleman were highly professional and moved fast while showing care for my belongings. At the new salon they unloaded my belongings and assembled new furniture items with precision and care. They were also fast. The amount of relief I had knowing how much they got done for me was worth every penny. I highly recommend using this service. 10/10

The 2 movers treated the furniture with care and precision. Nice gentleman! The dispatcher was a different story. I understand that there can be situations that are out of control but being 1.5 hours late without calling the client creates an issue. I had to call them. Then I was expecting a larger truck, received a smaller one. The workers made it work (very tight). The local job of 11 miles lasted 5.5 hours plus cost of the truck. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Some sort of discount or percentage off would have been appreciated for arriving late. Unfortunately, it ended later than expected. Will not use again.
I needed a mover within 24 hours and they were able to handle the job. I called and they were able to get someone out in 30 minutes. The workers were great, had a good attitude and worked quickly. I had a move that required two stops ( a home and a storage u it). These guys were the best and I recommend to anyone. Also, the price was very reasonable.
