The services are great and the fees are affordable. I appreciate the timing and execution of our projects. We have additional things that we’d like to get done in the future, so we’ll certainly do business with Ascend Property Services again! Highly recommended!

They did a great job, and at a fraction of the price I was previously quoted from other people.
Excellent service! I was in a bind and needed immediate assistance with my washer/dryer. Ryan was exceptionally professional, responsive and provided top quality service. I will be hiring him again! 11 out of 10 😊
Super friendly and easy to work with. Tackled my project efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend!
Started the projects right away and I am very happy with the outcome. I will be using Ryan again in the future and highly recommend him for all your handy needs.
Ryan has been great. Work will start in a few weeks after HOA approval. Looking forward to the completed work and will provide another review once completed.

Ryan is an amazing person and great to work with. Does great work at a reasonable price. Responds right away and worked around our schedule. Highly recommended
I would happily refer Ryan and his Ascend Property Services company to anyone. He arrived on, did what he said he was going to do and did it in a very timely fashion. What more can you ask for. Ryan replaced an inferior gate opener with a Ghost Controls opener with ease. He took the time to explained the fuctions and the features of the new system and I'd have to say his product knowledge noteworthy. Thank you Ryan!
He was great and detail oriented, also friendly and very professional. Already planning to reach out for many more tasks!
