They made an appointment for me for 8:30am and didn’t show up, no call.. I had to call and text several times to at least get an answer to why no one showed up…. Got a text someone would be calling me, no one called! At 10am got an automated text that some is coming in 30mins .. my appointment was for 8;30am!! I see they have great reviews with others and thats why I chose them, but it didn’t work for me.. plus 10% discount for a no show and no call or text isn’t an enticement for me to use them.

Fantastic communication! Timely arrival. They gave us a time and we’re here promptly. Because of the high ceilings, two workers arrived, Joe, the owner with Josh. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional. They had to troubleshoot an issue with a down rod but gave me information to find the correct size. Very patient!! Total job was install 1 fan in bedroom 14’ high ceiling, install down rod in LR 14’ high ceiling, & install ceiling fan 8’ ceiling height. S as stated they couldn’t use the purchased down rod as it wouldn’t fit. The work around was to add longer pull chains for access. We are extremely happy with the service we received and highly recommend Ashley River Wired.

Never fear Ashley river wired is here. Those guys can do any electrical work, the whole store was burned and the guy just showed up, after like 1 hr as if nothing happened Pure electrical magic. I really recommend to hire those guys

On time, as promised and had no problem telling me we didn’t really need anything done! (Even though it meant my not having to pay)

Steve S.Aug 2025

They did a great job for me. I will use them for every electrical job for now on.

The two young men who came out to replace my VERY old and non-functioning garage door exterior lights were fantastic! They were professional, friendly and got the job done efficiently. And tossed all the old pieces in the trash. I will definitely call on Ashley River Wired for all electrical needs in the future.

Be upfront about pricing prior to work. If you mess something up, fix it don’t charge more just to do an inspection when you were already at the property.
