I had an excellent experience with Assis Plumbing and owner Kaua. He arrived on time, quickly identified the root cause of the problem, and fixed it perfectly. He also thoroughly checked for any secondary damage or potential issues and provided helpful recommendations. The property was left completely clean after the work. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced service. Highly recommend Assis Plumbing for anyone looking for reliable plumbing work!
Kaua was responsive, got here quickly and was able to diagnose/solve my issue quickly. 100% will go to him next time I need help with my plumbing.
Thank you for coming out right away to fix the leak on my toilet. You were a life saver!
I would recommend Assis plumbing for anyone looking for plumbing services.
Amazing experience working with Assis. They replied instantly to my request and arrived within an hour. They were quickly able to figure out a solution to the issue with a reasonable rate.
Excellent experience.
Wonderful service and very responsive! We had a leak from our outdoor spigot that could only be fixed from the inside. He opened the wall carefully, and was very mindful of the surrounding area. We’re very happy with the repair and would definitely recommend.
I highly recommend them. I had a toy stuck in one of my toilets and they came in and got it out quickly. They are very responsive and on time.
Thank you, Assis Plumbing! I would definitely recommend Assis Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. They replaced four pipe faucets (2 were leaking) and the main shutoff valve for my water tank—a total of five valves. Everything looks great, and best of all, all of my water problems are gone. I can finally open and close the valves without any issues. It’s a great feeling to have found a trustworthy plumbing company that I can count on. Thank you for the excellent work! Thank you!
They were great! Responded right away, came in the same day and took care of everything. Very nice and honest people.
Kaua was the best plumber I have ever used. So polite, professional, explained everything and was very reasonable. I called him for one job to replace our toilet. He showed me photos so I could be see how corroded and narrowed it was. He also replaced the shut off valve. I was so impressed that I had him also put in new faucets in both of my bathrooms. And I plan on having him replace my other toilet and faucets. Excellent work.
Great experience. Clear communication - in and out with problem resolved in 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.
Quick response and immediately identified our issue!
Very quick service and quick fix! Very happy with the work!
The duo were super responsive. They arrived on time. There was a little delay on my part but they were patient with me. They declogged my sink, cleaned it and replaced and fix broken part. I can actually see through the drain and it’s squeaky clean. They cleaned up after as well. Definitely recommend them.
Wonderful job! Sink and faucet look great, more modern look to it and works perfectly! Your quick response and professionalism were off the charts! Thanks 😊 I highly recommend
Assis hooked up my new sink and faucet to existing plumbing. It was quick and affordable. Only thing getting in the way of 5 stars is there was some dirty water on my counters and sludge in my toilet after the job was done
Jumped right on helping figure out a clogged AC drain. On site just a few hours after reaching out and helped sort out the cause. Thanks!
Contacted Assis Plumbing to repair the pipes under my parent’s bathroom faucet. Scheduled appointment for Friday June 26, 2026 at 9 am. At approximately 9:20, I called and spoke to Julia and I was informed they forgot about my appointment. Although she tried to reschedule for a different day/time with a discount, unfortunately it was a no call no show.
