Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The person who called me was consistently short and terse in his communication on the phone, and his overall demeanor came across as rude, dismissive, and seemingly annoyed by my inquiries. He demonstrated little willingness to engage collaboratively or explore mutually agreeable solutions. Caller (I assume owner) was unaware of the specifications and information I provided via the app about our project. I basically had to read my project from the thumbtack website to him. Communicated condescendingly that he was unwilling to communicate in writing regarding the specifications of project.

Everything was done exactly how I wanted within my budget. Also communication was very good, Thank you
I had a scheduling misunderstanding. I thought the owner did not show up to the appointment ( I was in a 10+ hours time zone.) so I went ahead and sent requests for estimates. I apologized for the misunderstanding and requested to keep the appointment at which point i received an answer : “ you went ahead and requested estimates from other contractors “.He was so abrasive. I was glad we parted ways before giving him a job.
Great handyman. He did excellent work.
Anthony did a great job fixing my glass shower walls. I had a contractor who didn't finish the job, and Anthony came in, cleaned everything up, resealed the joints, and made it look the way it should. He was punctual and good about communicating with me. He had me look over his work and was happy to fix anything that needed fixing. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend him!
Anthony Ramirez was amazing! I really appreciate him:)
