Victor was very responsive and quadruple checked everything to ensure the lock was aligned correctly. I strongly recommend him for a smart lock install.

Reviews
Astra lock solutions was amazing. Replied to me right away and be there on time. Thank you very much.
Highly recommend! Victor did a great job at a reasonable and transparent price.
Victor was great to work with and I’d highly recommend. He was quick to respond, very timely, and pleasant and professional. We have a specific European-style lock and had a few companies refuse to help. Victor not only fixed our lock, but made sure we understood how to use the lock and avoid future issues. We would hire him back in the future with no reservations.
Nothing but great things to say about Astra Lock. He is responsive, punctual, does fantastic work. Have already used him twice.
was able to come out same day, unfortunately the deadbolt was entirely broken and the turning mechanism split into a few pieces. Victor was great, he figured out the best way to replace the one part and got my deadbolt working! was even nice enough to spend some time tuning the mechanism so it was smooth and closed properly. thanks!
Not only did Victor do an excellent job, he had to navigate a first time ever ferry cancellation across the network of ferries in our region. He did all of this with professionalism and courtesy.
Victor was great to work with. He was very patient with all the questions I had. The lock installation went perfectly!
Victor responded quickly and figured out I did not need a new set of locks, just to be rekeyed. I appreciate him helping and not just charging the most.
Victor was on time and quickly resolved my problem. Hopefully I won't need his service in the future, but if you need a locksmith, look no further.
Viktor was super accommodating of my schedule and diagnosed the issue in no time. would recommend to anyone!
Alex came on a Sunday to install my front door lock. He was professional, on-time, and responsive. He did an excellent job installing my new front door lock and he even fixed the door hinges without me asking. I highly recommend him for this line of work, and I will definitely use him again.
Available on short notice. Reliable and quality job.
I can’t recommend this locksmith highly enough. I discovered that the new lock I bought wasn’t compatible with my door after I had already removed the old lock, leaving my home unsecured. Even though his schedule was already full, he kindly rescheduled another appointment to fit me in. He came over that evening and worked until around 8–9 PM to get everything installed properly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He made sure the new lock was installed perfectly and didn’t leave until everything was working as it should. Thanks to his willingness to help on such short notice, I didn’t have to spend the night without a secure front door. Outstanding service, excellent workmanship, and someone who genuinely cares about helping his customers. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable locksmith.
