They responded within 30min and came out quickly to measure the broken window. After the measurement, it took a day for the glass to be ordered and shipped. Once they received it, they came after hours to replace the glass. Everything happened quickly and smoothly. It took 3 days total from initial conversation to the window replacement. We were very impressed. They responded to every call and text.
