If someone responds to me a few mins after I send a Thumbtack request, it’s already a good start. Genti from Atlantic Piping&Heating came and spent a good couple of hours to change cartridges and a balancer in 2 of my showers, advising me on water pressure and temperature. The slow drip in one shower, and a temperamental shower temperature handle, are both fixed. I’m very pleased with the work.

We had a sink fall through the countertop to the cabinet below. Atlantic came out, gave us a great quote for reattaching the sink and the plumbing that had also come loose. In the process of securing it, they added new brackets, and additional bracket that it didn’t have to ensure that it didn’t happen again and made sure everything was sealed and cleaned up well afterwards. The work was done quickly and efficiently and at a very respectable price.

It was just a wonderful experience working with Genti, from start to finish. He came to assess the problem with our shower (our hot water wasn't working), and he took videos to show us the issue, then devised a plan that involved cutting behind the shower to replace faulty piping as well as replace the shower/tub faucet system. We picked a date/time that worked, he confirmed ahead, showed up promptly, and did great work in record time. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him to others.
