I observed the tech unplug an outlet before looking to see where the electrical cords were from. He had unplugged my water softener cord....oddly it hadn't run since then. I looked at it today and the casing is cracked which loosened a prong and wasn't operating.
Jose was extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He explained and showed me the issue and proceeded to repair within an hour. I particularly appreciate and grateful the cost was within my budget. It beats spending over $1000. on a new washer. I highly recommend Jose with Atlas Home Services.
Lightning fast response. On time arriva. Promptly got work diagnosing the issue with remarkable expertise and competence. Located the part and made arrangements for it's delivery and installation. Also made recommendations to maintain the fridge and prevent further issues. Highly recommend!
Arrived about 20 minutes later than expected but went right to work assessing the problem. He checked everything and, through a process of elimination, found that one of my storage baskets extended beyond the shelf and therefore was inhibiting the door from sealing well when it closed! $99+tax well spent. Problem solved.

One week. Atlas advertised service in Dale, I waited nearly a week for appointment. They scheduled twice, then hours before the second appointment they said. "Sorry, but we don't service Dale". I paid the service fee, i pleaded with them to help because my husband died, they said. "Sorry, you're too far away" It took them a week, and only when they were supposed to be here--to renege. Be careful
They can call if they need to cancel. They said they would be at my house in 20 minutes and did not show up. I called them. They contacted me two days later. I had hired someone else, Daigle from Georgetown, they were excellent.
Delightful young man! Listened to Issue and made recommendations. Didn’t try to sell what we didn’t need and… my dog loved him!

Atlas was able to come out extremely quickly. However, they were unable to clean the air vent and fix the problem and in the process broke our 10-month-old washing machine. We are now out $800 or the money to fix the 10-month-old washing machine.

As far as I can tell, quality work and at a good price. Other than being hounded about getting my ducts cleaned that day as well, experience was good.
Do not use this company. They will scam you. We used them for duck cleaning and 1. They left a mess and did not clean up all the dust and debris that fell out the vents. 2. They told us we needed a cleaning around the unit that there was potentially mold and we found that they just used toxic paint to cover it up. 3. They also turned off the gas line to our heater and we had to pay another company to come out and fix it.
Atlas home experts provided quality service with our AC duct & Dryer duct cleaning ! The two gentleman who performed this job were professional, displayed good work ethics and did a great job ! Would recommend them

The two gentleman who came to my house were great! We were in the process of moving in, boxes everywhere, and they were so gracious to maneuver around them. They told me what they were doing and showed me the costs before doing it. I feel like they went above and beyond!
