Atlas Construction

Fast and great! I really appreciate their work! Then installed the lights, new flooring and painted the room all in just one week. The manager Selda is amazing, very responsive and caring! Just heads up they don’t put underlining under the flooring on the second floor, so if it’s something you need for the noise isolation or moisture - request it specifically. Putting 4 stars just for this reason, as it would help with less noisy flooring for us in the playroom where attic floor is already too thin. Thanks again!!

We hired Bill to remodel our fireplace and half bath. The workers were skilled and had experience doing the jobs before. The result was pretty good. We had collected many estimates, Bill was quite reasonable. His estimate wasn't the cheapest but he was very reasonable compared to other general contractors.

I had a great experience working with Atlas. I first reached out to them for an estimate on repairs after I had water damage. Ruben helped price out what it would be for just repairs and what it would cost if I wanted to do additional renovations, which I ended up doing. Everyone I worked with was really great, from those doing the work in my house (especially Ronald) to the office staff handling billing. All in all, they repaired drywall/texture, repainted the interior of the house, fixed recessed lighting that had been damaged, remodeled my bathroom completely (floor tile, wall tile, new bathtub, vanity, lighting, etc.), and sanded and repainted my kitchen cabinets. Living at home during construction is a pain no matter what, but they made it as easy as it could be. I would recommend them and work with them in the future.

Bill and his crew did a fantastic job on my gut renovation of my San Francisco loft. He managed the project expertly with creative solutions to issues caused by the pandemic supply issue. He also has tremendous attention to detail which was very appreciated given the size of the job. Without hesitation I have recommended him to my closest friends.

Alex and Bill did a fantastic job with our home expansion and remodeling. My husband and I bought a small starter home in the Bay Area and expanded the house from 2 bd 1 ba to a 4 bd 2ba. It was a huge project and at each step of the way Bill and Alex kept communication lines going, provided regular updates and recommendations that were very helpful. The quality of work was top notch as well; we have been living in our house for several months now and we love it! Thank you Atlas Construction!

Bill was great at installing our swing.

Bilal was great! We consulted him on a house for remodeling. He is candid, very knowledgeable, sincere, and very approachable. It was a pleasure to consult him. We will be hiring him once we finalize the property.

Bilal and Alex from Atlas Constructions are fantastic to work with. Bilal is customer centric and is always willing to listen and carefully understand his customers’ needs. He is always willing to evaluate options and is very calm and patient. He is technically sound and is very detail oriented. There were a couple of things he redid for us until we were 100% satisfied. Also something worth mentioning is Bilal has a good eye for design. He will give you suggestions that you may not agree with him upfront but will end up thanking him in the end. All in all we were very happy with Bilal and his team and would love to highly recommend to anyone who is long for home renovation projects!

We had an excellent experience with Atlas Construction! This is my third home improvement project and the best crew I've had so far. We did NOT go with the lowest bid and it was worth it. Atlas and crew (especially Alex and Aldo) are professional, on-time, great suggestion-makers and problem-solvers. They did beautiful, high-quality work. The process was not perfect. The imperfect things are too small to list here compared to the overall outcome. But the important thing to stress here is that when something was wrong, and I pointed it out, they jumped immediately to address it and fix it. No excuses, no finger-pointing, no defensiveness - just professional solving and there is a lot to be said for that in this world! I will definitely use Atlas again! PS: My project consisted of: - Paint kitchen cupboards (spray), new handles, install open shelves with under-shelf lighting (which required custom molding and wall texturing), new granite countertop over desk area. - New custom-designed kitchenette with sink mini-fridge and tile to ceiling, shelves with under-lighting - an add-on list of like 10 more little house fixes that needed getting done.

Bill helped us with our renovation. The work included paint, change baseboards, change wood floor, renovate fireplace and build new railings. The overall experience was pleasant. Bill is responsive and professional. He was the most responsive out of all the other contractors we met with. We sourced our own wood but used Bill’s contact for hearth stone. We are overall happy with the experience and quality of work. Small thing that could’ve gone better was the railing and banister turned out to be bulkier than we had expected and the wall around fireplace wasn’t finished.

Bill and team did an awesome job at turning my garage storage area into a *gorgeous* laundry room, with W/D, utility sink and quartz countertop. The job required a lot more work than expected, including installing floor tiles, a new electrical panel, repositioning my water heater, custom made cabinet and handling city inspections during the pandemic. Bill's team and his Project manager Alex were very responsive during the whole project and worked closely with me to finish it as my wife and I wanted it. A few things that I really appreciated were that Bill and Alex took the effort to go pick high quality materials for me - so I didn't have to go through the research and shopping process. Bill even sent me pictures with options for choosing the floor tiles. Also, their crew members are really nice people and I felt I could trust them to the point I gave them access to my house so they could work while I wasn't there. Thanks, Bill and team!

I don't think is not needed to write too much about them, if you see the before and after pictures of our kitchen remodeling. But I can only say, they are very professional, respectful, on time and hard workers. We had two problems after they have done, they came and fix them. We worked with many general contractors for different projects, but Atlas is the only one, that we can recommend you and you can trust on them.

Atlas did a fantastic job replacing our bathtub with a walk in shower and sliding glass door.

We worked with Alex and Escoldo for our bathroom remodel. They helped us install 12x24 floor & 24x48 wall tiles as well as a floating vanity. Escoldo is punctual, detail-oriented, and hardworking. Alex is attentive and was responsive throughout the process. They're both extremely cooperative and work with you through any challenges that may come up. Since our wall tiles were so big, they were a bit difficult to handle but Escoldo got through it with ease. We literally LOVE the end result of our bathroom! **P.S. don't mind the electrical hole or missing mirror, we are doing this ourselves and it was not included as part of the project**

These guys did an amazing job, as you can see from these corners. This was the most difficult part of the house to install crown molding and they did a great job. They were also very reasonably priced and took one day to install molding in my entire two bedroom with a half day to clean up and do touch ups. They were also super responsive with my requests and questions and were very professional. I’m very happy with how this turned out and will likely hire them again to do my floors and base molding. Thanks, guys!

Bill is professional, punctual friendly and he knows what he's doing. He re-done my kitchen cabinet and it's crownmolding. I highly recommend him, although he is always too busy. His assistant (wife) is really responsive and supper professional. Thanks Selda.

We hired Atlas to fix a large hole in our drywall. Bill came out and he was responsive, on time, polite and professional, and did a great job not only repairing the hole but painting it to match the rest of the wall. See the before and after photos below. We would definitely hire him again.

They were incredibly responsive to my request! I was able to talk and schedule via the app (it was a small job that didn’t require much explanation) which I really appreciated. Other handymen on the app didn’t answer my questions and just gave a phone number then didn’t answer when I called. Bill came out to install my deadbolt within two days, he was easy to schedule with, kind and not only did a great job but gave explanation around what he was doing and why. Before he left I was sure to ask him about another job that I’d like to do in the future. I would happily have them back should I have more work.
