Good
Did an amazing job. Went above and beyond to get the job done. Relieved me from a problem that was going to become a larger problem quickly, with his removal and replacement of my water tank. I Def recommend Atrium.
Thank you for your expertise and advice regarding my future projects.
Great workmanship and a nice guy to deal with. Easy communication. Fixed a garden pipe and hose bib for us and insulated it. Highly recommend and will use again
Zachary was amazing. He is an excellent communicator, showed up promptly and got right to work. He was fast and efficient, also a pleasant person. We will definitely work with him again. He was great! I highly recommend him and his company.
Rudest vendor I have ever come in contact with. The Lowe’s website says that toilet installation includes haul away. He refused to take away the old toilet. When I said I was calling Lowe’s to confirm I paid for haul away he left the toilet on my front walkway and drove away. He did not even wait to speak to Lowe’s on the phone. He screamed at me. He left a mess in the bathroom and spilled water all through my house while carrying the toilet through my house. Worse service I have ever had. Highly suggest that Lowe’s never send this vendor out on another job. Very disappointed in Lowe’s for contracting with this vendor. Do not ever use Atrium Plumbing.
He's kind of rude, not very personable. He approached me first about the job but someone else had a better price. the issue is that person could do it in the time I liked. Zack decided to match the price. we discussed everything before because I don't like surprises and I had other offers. I told him clearly when did using pay, I don't use Zelle because I don't really trust it. He said he could send me a square link to pay how I would like. When he was finished he tried to charge me an extra 10.00 for using Square. he claimed a credit card fee. 1. That's unlawful. 2. I was using a debit card. 3. I do not like surprises. If this was a part of the deal, you as a professional should be upfront before coming. I told him this and he responded with an attitude. Then he proceeded to ask me "You don't get charged a fee for using a credit card?" as if I'm some alien from Mars. Never have I been charged a credit fee that large and it's unlawful in NYC. Besides I need to know every fee upfront because my budget is my budget. He doesn't even offer a legitimate warranty. He didn't make too big of a mess but he didn't even ask for help to clean the small mess he left. When I asked about the features installed he answered smugly not helpful at all. This was a bit different from the last one. He did the job and it seems to be fine, but he was just so impersonable and made me feel uncomfortable. He should work on these things.
Highly recommend Zachary. He recently installed our shower trim and sink in our Harlem apt. and was excellent to work with—punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional. He needed to return for a second visit because he needed a specific tool to complete the job and he handled it seamlessly, coming right back the next dayto finish the job cleanly. Very happy with the final result!
Excellent!
Very bad experience — installer claimed to be licensed but could not provide proof of a valid license; Do not hire without verifying credentials.
