You won't even be able to tell we were in your home because we protect all of your precious belongings with heavy-grade plastic and haul away all of the old insulation and handle rodent clean-up. Afterward, you'll be sent pictures of the before and after, as well as the process, so you can witness the magic happening! We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and you'll receive superior service at a more affordable price. We'll also beat any estimate! So now is a great time to call and make sure your house is ready for winter.

Had a great experience from inspection to project completion. They are super transparent, honest and trustworthy.
I highly recommend Attic Crawl! They redid my crawl space to include sealing everything up, new insulation, vapor barrier and new entry door! They did an excellent job from start to finish and I now have total peace of mind! Job was priced right and worth every penny. The team was professional, timely, transparent and meticulous with the details. I was speechless when I saw the before and after pics. Thank you so much!
It was a pleasure working with Alex. He’s personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He spoke with us, assessed the issues and explained what he recommended. His team were awesome, they worked hard, did a great job and completed the job in one day. Jesse, the team lead was professional, kind and respectful. Our crawl space is clean, secured and the smell is gone and it’s such a good feeling so thank you!!
Alex was very professional when assessing the work that needed to be done and provided his expert recommendation. He was very courteous and helpful when
Jesse and his crew were great. Really good and fast. If you have critters in your attic like we did , give these guys a call. They did a great job at a great price! Cleaned everything, sealed the attic and put in new insulation! I highly recommend these guys !
So excited that bird family in attic has been removed! No more strange noises in the attic. Not only removed, but then the attic, soffit and roof openings screened to prevent from happening in the future. Such as great experience dealing with Alex for scheduling, and technican Victor was a real pro! No pressure. No attempts at upselling. Just a laser focus on removing the pest and then making sure it doesn't revisit! Highly recommend you deal with Attic Crawl Inc for a stress free experience in making your home free of pests.
Alex is amazing! Had to call for his service couple of times. Both times very punctual, professional and honest. No attempts to upsell anything. Both times he spent time diagnosing the problem, sharing his honest advice on how to remediate and left without a charge. Contrast to other companies who tried to problem solving over phone without even looking at the problem. Alex will be my go to guy for anything pest related here on. Highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Attic Crawl enough! I was dealing with a stressful rodent issue in my crawl space and had initially received a quote from a large pest control company that felt incredibly overpriced. I reached out to Attic Crawl for a second opinion, and they quoted me almost exactly half the price for even more work! Alex came for inspection and estiamte, and he was incredibly thorough, honest, and straightforward. He didn't use scare tactics or try to upsell me on things I didn't need. When it came time for the actual project, Jesse and his crew were phenomenal. They handled the rodent exclusion, sanitizing, and duct rewrapping with superb quality and professionalism. They even provided the before-and-after photos I requested so I could verify the excellent work without having to crawl under the house myself. If you are in the Bellevue or Greater Seattle area and need crawl space work, do yourself a favor and get a quote from Alex and the team before you sign anything. They deliver top-tier work at a very fair price.
They were very easy to work with and offer a good value. I’d happily recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future
I accepted their proposal and bid, but have had no follow up from them - after a week.
We were delighted to work with Attic Crawl from the very fair bid presented by Alex in the beginning all the way through to the final clean-up when the job was done. Attic Crawl’s crew headed by Jesse were prompt, professional & very respectful of us & our property during the 6 hours of hard work they did cleaning our crawl space of dead rodents, covering up entry sites with mesh, laying down visqueen & installing new insulation. We cannot recommend them enough…they were top notch in every way!
Alex was the best. Very professional and quickly identified the problem. Had a bird flying in from the side of the house. Sealed the opening. Really really grateful. Bless 🙏🏿
We had rat activity from crawl space, then we found Alex and his team. They helped us replacing all the insulations and get rid of all rats. It has been a month and we don’t find a rat any more. The team is very professional, efficient and gives reasonable price, definitely recommend. Attached before and after photos
After inspection they gave a very honest evaluation that we might not have a pest problem, so even though we didn’t work with them, I deeply appreciate the professionalism.
Alex and his crew were reliable, hardworking, friendly, did the project really well, and offered very reasonable service prices. I felt comfortable from the beginning - no pressure and understood our needs. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
Do not hesitate, call Alex! I had a critter in my attic and Alex added me to his already long day, to show up and eradicate my problem. He is prompt, professional, compassionate and thorough. I also had Alex and his crew clear out the old blown-in insulation that the critter(s) loved and re-insulate with an improved insulation product. During that process they made sure to seal all possible access points so I would not have any uninvited guests in the future. They kept me updated throughout the process with photos of their progress and communication via texts and phone calls. I am so pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism, their clean up after and their very fair pricing. Making sure I was getting the results I desired, while not trying to sell me products or services I did not need. Shout out to Jesse! The wonderful Project Manager on the insulation install. Jesse and his crew are just as prompt, professional and thorough as Alex the Owner who checked in throughout the day and inspected his crews work and made sure I was satisfied with the end results. They are all excellent representatives of Alex's company and work ethic! Looking forward to the next project with "Attic Crawl", the crawl space. I have included just one set of one section of photo for before and after, as an example. I chose to not insulate the floor. Critters OUT and now room for storage.
Alex is very nice and professional. We had quite bad rodent issue, it ends with we need to replace insulation, clean up, mold removal. Alex team is professional solving all issues and offer warranty on their work.
I recommend attic crawl, they are very thorough, clean, and helpful. We hired Attic Crawl to replace our vapor barrier in the crawlspace and to replace and fix the insulation on the Attic. Alex did an inspection, provided a free estimate, and gave recommendations according to our budget. The day of the installation the crew built a tuner to keep the habitable areas clean. They also fixed several broken vents and added anti-rodent meshes. At the end they cleaned up everything pretty well.
Amazing crew. We had quotes from other companies in the area (which these guys came from anyway) and Attic Crawl easily beat the price. They went above and beyond and everything was cleaned up afterwards. It was a full day job for 2 attics, a solar fan, and a crawl space. It’s at least worth having Alex come out and talk to you if you’re considering other quotes. I’ll throw some random pictures in here but the before pics were mostly 30 year old insulation falling apart all over the place. Everything now is cleaned up and actually insulating.
