After a previous wildlife remover failed us, we hired Attic Fanatics to help us remove a family of squirrels in our attic. Previous guy told us "no babies" and installed a one-way exit(only adult squirrels can use one-way exits). However, we kept hearing noises, so we got a second opinion from Attic Fanatics. Attic Fanatics offered to not only clear out the squirrels, but also to: Replace old insulation, vacuum, clean, disinfect, and seal all entry points. As they were doing this, they found 3 BABY SQUIRRELS, which I had a feeling were up there based on all the noises I've been hearing for weeks. I'm so glad Attic Fanatics found those babies, unlike the first guy who nearly sealed their mom away from them due to the one-way exit! I asked the team if it would be possible to leave the babies in my backyard for their mom to find later. They agreed by creating a temporary, makeshift nest for them. Within 2 hours of placing the babies in the backyard, their mom found them! Initially, she tried to re-enter our attic, but Attic Fanatics thankfully sealed it off so well that the squirrels can no longer get in. So mom caved. I watched her carry each baby off to another location, away from our attic. On top of that, the new insulation has made a huge difference in our homes temperature. Normally, our second floor is always hot in the summer, but after the new insulation was placed, it's far more comfortable now. Overall, I'm happy. My only regret is that we didn't go with them FIRST.

We had an appointment scheduled and they didn't show. I called and they did call back; however they said the tech "called someone and thought it was us" and they tried to come 2 hrs late. We had plans and told them not to bother. If you can't show up and don't know why, I'll pass
Mike came out to assess our Mice problem. He was professional, clearly had expertise and knowledge in assessing our situation. He made recommendations for addressing our issue. If you are needing to clear out larger critters (squirrels, racoons, etc), I would highly recommend them.
They spent more than 9 hours making sure the job was done thoroughly and gave a better price than other companies
The crew did a great job and were very clean and attentive with the job. Also came back to fox some minor issues that popped up after the job was completed.
Come with professionalism and courtesy of being honest with customers if any issues or accidents on premises arise. Leave customers property intact as it was before arrival.
Coby was very responsive and professional.
Highly recommended
We insulated our attic with attic fanatics. They were fantastic right from giving us the quote to completing the work. It's been a few months and we are notice a good difference. Their quality of work was great, they kept everything clean, they came on time and were respectful of our property. I will definitely use attic fanatics again.
Attic Fanatics were awesome to work with and they definitely came to our rescue and saved us some headaches. From the start they were very communicative and got someone to my home to look at my attic within 24 hours! Ori was a delight to speak with and did a thorough inspection w/ pictures before drafting a quote. Attic Fanatics were happy to work with me even though it was a Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The team got the work done in a timely manner, were very friendly, clean, and was able to safely remove the animal. All the work included pictures of everything that was done, before and after. I am so glad I reached out to Attic Fanatics, I would highly recommend, and look forward to working with them in the future when I do my crawl space next!!!
They were punctual and clean
Attic Fanatics provided service for an attic cleanup after a raccoon infestation. The team was wonderful! I highly recommend them for your next project!
Guys were here on time. Clean, professional, no time wasted. They came to assess the problem one day and came the next to take care of the job.
Very professional and gave me my estimate right on the spot.
