It is hard to find service providers that maintain high professional standard. Atticali has been highly professional, punctual, and responsive. Hired them for rodent issue (extermination, treatment, and prevention). Entire process right from first visit, estimate, payment, and service was seamless.
Honestly, one of the most professional contractors I’ve met. His pricing was fair, transparent, and very detailed. Unfortunately, I needed the job completed sooner than his availability allowed, but he still generously offered advice and tips that helped inform my decisions when moving forward with another contractor. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help, even knowing he wouldn’t be doing the job.
These guys lied to us on the phone, said they use non-toxic treatments, but the guy who showed up said theybonly use toxic pesticides. Bait and switch. And then they texted like fifteen times a day for weeks on end--straight harrassment. Dont let these guys have your phone number.

I had to get insulation and wall installed for my outdoor shed. Company has been following up repeatedly to schedule a visit. Project details were shared in advance. Finally a visit was planned. Few hours before visit, got a call and the person said "it's too small job". They wasted time and blocking calendar. They should have reviewed my ask first and ONLY if interested, then they should have reached out.
