Keep in mind that I charge a service fee of $150 for each visit out to your home. Leak detection costs 350$ (not visible one). Opening 2x2’ of sheetrock included, any extra openings 50$ per opening. If you choose to do the job with me later, I take the fee away from the total, if the price for labor and material will work at the time of me assessing the job there will be no service fee (If its an emergency or after work hours inspection fee is not waived). Stanley was able to efficiently replace and repair incorrect piping and drain work that was done by a prior contractor. He also installed the new kitchen faucet, and spent extra time working on it when he pointed out there may have been a defect in the manufacturer provided hose. Was able to schedule quickly also!
Did great job on changing the washing machine water supply valves. They were very old and rusted. Had to unsolder and worl on it. Satisfied with his work. Did snaking of the exhaust outlet too.

Stanley replaced an old utility sink in our laundry room, as well as three outside hose bibs that were leaking. To get to each hose bib, he needed access through the basement, which made the job difficult because we have a finished basement with sheetrocked ceilings and no access panels. Stanley rolled with it and figured it out, leaving us with frost-free hose bibs for the spring and summer. He was really professional, friendly, and flexible with the challenges we had. I even spoke with him about possibly hiring him to help on the plumbing for our master bathroom remodel in a few months.

Stanley, is very professional and expert in plumbing. I hired him after a other plumber from Thumbtack ruin my bathroom shower valve and tiles and even fixed toilet installation issues from the other plumber. He also save money from a new tiles and installation cost since other plumber make a whole lot bigger then it should be. If you need a real expert and piece of mind for plumbing needs hire him. He replaced our tank water heater with a gas tankless hot water heater. Took a solid day of work for him and assistant. He also installed a condensation pump. Did a very clean job. No issues. Is friendly guy and easy to deal with. Very punctual as well.
