We discussed and agreed on a $250 scope to inspect and address accessible rodent entry points with appropriate rodent-resistant materials, provide photos, and communicate before doing any additional-cost work. Afterward, I received a separate $4,550 proposal covering a much larger project, including cleaning, landscaping, trash removal, basic HVAC work, and pressure washing. I explained that I had already hired other vendors for those services and could not move forward with that larger scope. Since then, Joe has become very unresponsive, and the agreed $250 rodent-exclusion work was never completed. I was disappointed because I needed a straightforward, time-sensitive service and clear follow-up. I recommend confirming availability and getting a firm scheduled date before relying on this company.

My experience with this service pro was great! Joe was very communicative and made sure all my questions were answered and that I had all the details before deciding on treatment. He also made sure I knew his products were pet safe which was important to me. He sprayed inside and outside my house and even helped me figure out a plan for a mouse problem in my attic. Joe is my personal hero! I have extreme arachnophobia and found a giant wolf spider trapped in my kitchen light. Joe responded to my request within 15 minutes and arrived within 35 minutes to rescue me! He was very professional and was kind enough to also remove the spider webs before placing my light cover back. He then also sprayed my home inside and out to prevent any future bug infestations. Very grateful for the service and will now be a repeat customer.
