Carlos came the same day (7/22) to look at our problem and said he would provide an estimate the next day. After several texts, he said he was sick, and he would send the estimate the following day. Still nothing. If I can't even get an estimate when they say they will, I can't imagine how the actual work would go. Sad, he seemed like a nice guy. I'm now starting over.
The best service
Too expensive, and not punctual
It turned out he did not have much to do, but he showed up on time. I appreciate that, because my time is valuable. He listened to my issue, and quickly assessed the problem and corrected it. If I have any issues in the future I would call them.
Worrked with a lot of pool maintenance companies. Aura pools is definitely the best. I will look no further because this company has the best service I've ever had with my pool. Quick to respond, and the value is supreme. You will not be disappointed, and I guarantee you will have the best experience and maintainance with your pool.

Not reliable at all. I let my previous pool maintenance company go because they told me they could service my pool weekly. It’s been a month now and they have not come out once, even though Carlos keeps texting me that he will be there. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This is a very shoddy operation.

Carlos of Aura Pool Service is very professional and a pleasure to work with. In addition to pool maintenance, he is an expert equipment repair technician. He installed a variable pool pump at my request.
He showed up, messed my filter and told me he will come back and disappeared. I called him and he promised to come and never did.
He didn’t show up for his appointment, and didn’t call to let me know there was a problem.
