My recommendation is: you can hire this guy without worries. Brian drove all the way from San Leandro to my location (Antioch), he was on time, polite, nice and very professional. He got the job done nicely. His price was reasonable, so I ended up paying him more than what he was asking for.

Solved my problems very quickly, which was to repair/relocate/reconnect surround sound speakers to my TV and to repair/hook up a compact stereo system. Reasonably priced. Quite satisfying!
