Stellar service. On time, friendly, helpful. So hard to find good customer service anymore. Turned my problem (locked out on door knob) to 4 new solutions. So flexible and capable. Hire these guys when you need a great locksmith!
Armen was fantastic to work with. He replaced our door lock without much fuss and did an excellent job. Communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!
Had a great experience getting a keypad lock installed on my front door. He stopped a few times to get my opinion on certain aspects to make sure I was fully happy with the job. He even realized my door wasn’t shutting smoothly at the end (it’s always been this way) so he adjusted the door for me to allow for a smooth close to ensure the lock wouldn’t have unnecessary wear and tear. Would highly recommend this pro!
Armen did an excellent job with a difficult deadbolt lock on my garage swing out door. Thank you.
Armen did a great job drilling and installing a keyless. deadlock as well as replacing my door handle. He was communicative during his work letting me verify every step as he finished it. He also fixed some alignment issues in my screen door lock as well as my front door. Very friendly, professional and honest. Would absolutely call him back.
Armen was responsive and did an amazing job in installing my new lock , he also created a new set of keys for us and also did a proper alignment to avoid the issue of battery drainage which was happening with previous lock . Highly recommend ..
Quick and efficient work.
Everything went great! We moved into a new house, and we wanted the door locks (deadbolts) to be rekeyed. I contacted 3 vendors and Armen was the first to respond, so I talked to him on the phone, and was able to set up an appointment the next morning (which was Saturday too). I appreciated that he was polite and asked if he could call me first. (Another vendor just called me with no warning - which is probably fine, but a lot of times I don’t answer calls from an unknown number.) He called about 30 minutes before to let me know he will in fact be there at the appointment time, and when we arrived at the house shortly before, he was already there. The initial appointment/quote was just for 3 locks, but we found out we had another door upstairs with the same lock; he pleasantly worked on that one as well, all very efficiently. On top of all the deadbolts, he also noted that one of the lock plate was misaligned and that made it difficult to lock the door (we had to kind of pull the door to lock it). He fixed that for us as a bonus, free of charge. He did everything very quickly in well under an hour, and his price was much lower than others who quoted me for rekeying 3 locks. Armen is very professional and nice to work with. I would contact him again, if we need something related to locks!
