My husband and I loved our experience with Victor and his team. As first time home buyers we were nervous taking a big leap to do a kitchen remodel, but Victor made it such an easy & simple process. He was very professional, completed the project within the timeline, no hidden fees or surprises, he was very professional and gave great design advice. He even helped fix our bathroom. We are very pleased with his work and making our kitchen more functional for our needs! We would definitely hire him again for future home remodel projects.

AVD did an AMAZING job on my bathroom! My bathroom was very old and he assisted me with picking out the right tile, products and informed about the process and anything that needed additional work because the bathroom was older. Very professional and quick with communication. Will be working with AVD again in the future! They did an amazing job!
Victor is an honest and reliable general contractor who recently rebuilt my outdoor kitchen. His practical, cost-conscious design recommendations saved me a significant amount of money without compromising the quality of the finished project. I especially appreciated how hands-on Victor was throughout the entire process. He personally handled much of the construction and, when specialized work was needed—such as stucco repair—he brought in the right professionals and closely supervised their work. The project was completed on time, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely satisfied with Victor’s work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dependable contractor.

They wasted no time. And the product in stock and installed that day.
We recently completed a kitchen and flooring remodel and putting in a french door in place of a wall with AVD Homes and couldn’t be more pleased. Victor was professional, organized, and consistently on schedule. He was always responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. He was patient with all my questions and my decision-making process, guiding us on products and processes. His team was professional, helpful, and attentive as well. The finished product exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, floors, and door turned out exactly as I had envisioned, with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. We’re very happy with the outcome and would confidently recommend Victor and AVD Homes to anyone considering a remodel.
I highly recommend VD Remodel Inc! They were punctual, offered fair pricing, and kept great communication throughout the whole process. The project was delivered right on time, and the quality of their work was excellent. Really happy with the results!
I wasn’t sure if we’d be able to remove my daughter‘s fairly new cabinets from her home and put them into my home, but AVD was prompt in their reply, professional and answered all of my questions so we can figure out whether this would work or not I was really grateful for all the feedback and he didn’t hesitate to give it to me.
