This was a tricky installation in a very old church. Frederick showed great respect for the building. And was able to handle the unusual aspects of the installation. We very much appreciate the great care he took to make sure the job was done right.

Price was great installer was very courteous friendly and professional Job was done like a pro. Although I would have liked TV a little higher but I was in other room and wife said the spot looked ok. Minor pouting on my part. Over great job left no mess. While Aventra was responsive at first, they were unable to show up to the scheduled job on time -- twice. The first time they asked to postpone from 3pm to 7pm, then from 7pm to 10pm. I couldn't do that. So we rescheduled for 5pm the following week; when I checked in at 3:30pm, they said oops, late again, how about 8pm? That also didn't work. I ultimately just had to find a different installer. I understand jobs run long but these are extreme delays and I had made plans to be around and take off part of the afternoon for the install. And now it's two weeks later and my stuff still isn't installed and I have to find new installers again! Ugh. Two stars instead of one only because they responded quickly to the initial outreach, while other contractors did not.
They did a great job mounting our TV and provided valuable advice on the placement. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
Frederick went above and beyond setting up my blink security system. The system wasn’t being recognized and he spent over a hour on the phone solving the problem. I would definitely recommend this company.
Frederick was professional, listened to our wants and looked at our system. He informed us that our job of connecting our camera system to solar system is not what he is trained to do. No charge for his time.
