Mike did a wonderful job fixing our sprinklers. He was fast, efficient and explained everything along the way. He gave great suggestions along with his work. He has a lot of experience. I highly recommend Mike and we will use him again in the future. We are satisfied customers.
Got in touch with me right away, got me scheduled and resolved the issue rapidly and efficiently. Thank you
average Joe's is the Best there is! anytime I need some landscaping done or general maintenance there is no one Else I would rather go with!
Top notch service. Reached out immediately, were accommodating in every way. Would hire immediately again.
After 3 different companies, Average Joe came to the rescue! There are still honest folks in the world! Very satisfied!
Joe and his crew helped identify an issue with our irrigation while fulfilling our initial request quickly and at a reasonable cost. They even came back out quickly when I had a question about the new drip line. Overall excellent experience.
I hired Average Joe after getting quotes from 3 other landscaping companies for a small backyard project. Joe personally came to quote and was very responsive. After completing the project I needed part of the job a bit different than what he believed I wanted and immediately was out the next day to take care of it. I will use him for future projects. Photos below- he fixed my pavers which were uneven on one side row, removed a hibiscus stump, and placed all the limestone rock you see in the pictures. I’m really happy with how it looks!
I did not hire Average Joe, he sent me a quote for $350. I decided not to proceed. He called me to check in to see if I was interested, I told him I was not and that we were going to try to do it ourselves for that kind of money. He then told me I shouldn't have contacted him because it cost him money to talk to me. Horrible consumer service. He should not advertise on thumbtack if he does not want people to reach out to him for quotes.
I hired Raymond from Average Joe for major sprinkler job after pool job. Very first, they could figure out where exactly my mainline is capped and offer up to put a new main line which I agreed to and paid $850 plus tip for the job. I faced 2 problems afterwards - previously I asked him not to hook backyard sprinklers as I was planning to add pavers throughout and doesn’t need pavers. Later I asked him if he can come back to get sprinkler in backyard and he replied it is not possible and I asked why not? I do not get any reply afterwards. So now have a backyard with no possibility of adding sprinklers. 2nd problem- I had 8 sprinklers each side of the house and job was to activate all the sprinkler- after sod install I ran sprinklers and only 2 out of 8 sprinklers were hooked up. Now I have a side where I have 2 sprinklers and 6 are dead - never hooked up. I texted Raymond and got read receipt but no response. My pictures will show my conversation with him. Im sure they may have done good job for others but not for me. I may have to spend more to get everything fixed. Do yourself a favor guys - do NOT hire them.
Fixed cracked/broken sprinkler tube/line and replaced head quickly and just as I asked, using flexible tubing to prevent further issues. All done for the basic 1 hr fee.
Thank you average joe for selecting such beautiful flowers for the front of my house. In addition you picked my favorite color without even knowing that I love pink! I highly recommend average joe and I will use them again.
Very punctual fair and honest. I was doing yard work and accidentally hit a sprinkler pipe under ground. Made appointment with technician he gave me a time and was there a lil earlier than scheduled. He assessed the problem and stood by his initial quote. Completed the job within minutes and was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be using him again should any additional issues arise. Was trying to click on all five positive options but review only gave 3.
